Claims (3)
- レーザ光源からのレーザ光の照射位置を患者眼角膜上で移動可能なレーザ照射光学系と、患者眼の前眼部像を照明する照明光学系及び該照明光学系により照明された前眼部像を撮像する撮像カメラを持ち、該撮像カメラにより撮像された前眼部像の虹彩模様パターンに基づいて手術中の眼球回旋を含む患者眼の位置変化を検知する眼位置変化検知ユニットとを備え、前記眼位置変化検知ユニットの検知結果に基づいてレーザ照射光学系により照射されるレーザ光の照射位置を患者眼の動きに追尾させ、レーザ光の照射により角膜を所期する形状にアブレーションする角膜手術装置において、
前記撮像カメラで撮像される前眼部像の輝度情報に基づいて、虹彩組織と虹彩模様とのコントラストが高くなるように前記照明光学系の照明光量又は前記撮像カメラのゲインの設定値を増減させるコントラスト調整手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする角膜手術装置。 - 請求項1のコントラスト調整手段は、前記撮像カメラで撮像される前眼部像の輝度情報に基づいて、虹彩組織と瞳孔部分との輝度差又は虹彩組織と虹彩模様との輝度差が最大又は所定の基準を上回るようにコントラストを自動調整することを特徴とする角膜手術装置。
- 請求項1の角膜手術装置において、さらに瞳孔サイズの変動の許容範囲を設定する設定手段と、前眼部像に基づいて得られた瞳孔サイズが瞳孔サイズの変動の許容範囲を外れたかを判定し、許容範囲を外れているときは可視光の光量を調整する光量調整手段と、を備えることを特徴とする角膜手術装置。
