Claims (4)
(A)少なくとも扁平な軟磁性粉末と、グリシジル基を有するアクリルゴムと、エポキ
シ樹脂と、エポキシ樹脂用潜在性硬化剤と、溶剤とを混合してなる軟磁性組成物を、剥離
基材上に塗布し、軟磁性組成物の硬化反応が実質的に生じない温度T1で乾燥し、剥離基
材を取り除いて硬化性軟磁性シートを取得する工程;
(B)該硬化性軟磁性シートを2以上用意し、それらを積層して積層物を取得する工程
;
(C)得られた積層物を、硬化反応が実質的に生じない温度T2において、線圧を印加
するラミネーターにて線圧力P1、線圧力P2及び線圧力P3(但し、P1<P2<P3
)で順次圧縮する工程; 及び
(D)続いて硬化反応が生ずる温度T3において、圧縮された積層物を、面圧を印加す
るプレス機で圧縮して積層型軟磁性シートを得る工程
