Abstract
【解決手段】熱可塑性合成樹脂からなる中空筒状のダクト本体11の側壁12に開口部13が形成され、前記側壁12の開口部13を覆うようにして不織布21が側壁12の外面に積層され、不織布21の縁の部分21aが開口部13の外周縁に溶着されたダクトにおいて、前記不織布21を熱可塑性合成樹脂繊維で構成すると共に縁の部分21aを熱可塑性合成樹脂繊維の溶融固化したソリッド状として透光可能な透明または半透明とし、レーザー溶着によってダクト本体11に固着できるようにした。

Claims (2)
- 熱可塑性合成樹脂からなる中空筒状のダクト本体の側壁に開口部が形成され、前記側壁の開口部を覆うようにして不織布が前記側壁の外面に積層され、前記不織布の縁の部分が前記開口部の外周縁に溶着されたダクトにおいて、
前記不織布は、熱可塑性合成樹脂繊維からなると共に縁の部分が前記熱可塑性合成樹脂繊維の溶融固化したソリッド状とされて透光可能な透明または半透明からなることを特徴とするダクト。 - 熱可塑性合成樹脂からなる中空筒状のダクト本体の側壁に形成した開口部を覆うようにして不織布を前記側壁の外面に積層し、前記不織布の縁の部分を前記開口部の外周縁に溶着することによりダクトを製造する方法において、
前記開口部を覆うことのできる大きさとした熱可塑性合成樹脂繊維の不織布を加熱して前記不織布の縁の部分を圧縮することにより、前記縁の部分を前記熱可塑性合成樹脂繊維の溶融固化したソリッド状として透光可能な透明または半透明にする縁形成工程と、
前記縁の部分が透光可能にされた不織布を、前記ダクト本体の側壁の外面に前記開口部を覆うようにして積層し、前記不織布の透光可能な縁の部分をレーザー溶着によって前記開口部の外周縁に溶着するレーザー溶着工程と、
よりなることを特徴とするダクトの製造方法。
