Abstract
【解決手段】複数のパッケージセル41を所定方向に積層したセル積層体3を箱形の容器2に収容し、セル積層体を所定方向から押圧した電気二重層キャパシタ1において、セル積層体に所定方向から対向する容器側壁22cとセル積層体3との間に加圧機構4を設けた。加圧機構4は、容器側壁から受ける反力の作用点を側壁の外側縁部近傍に位置させた。具体的な実施形態では、加圧機構は弾性板(板ばね)50を有する。弾性板は、積層体に隣接して配置される板本体51と、板本体から斜め外側に向けて伸びる複数の弾性片52を有し、弾性片の自由端部が容器側壁22c及び/又は22aの縁部近傍に接触させてある

Claims (2)
- 複数のパッケージセルを所定方向に積層したセル積層体を箱形の容器に収容し、上記セル積層体を上記所定方向から押圧した電気二重層キャパシタにおいて、
上記セル積層体に上記所定方向から対向する容器側壁と上記セル積層体との間に加圧機構を設け、
上記加圧機構が上記容器側壁から受ける反力の作用点を上記側壁または上記側壁に隣接する別の側壁の縁部近傍に位置させたことを特徴とする電気二重層キャパシタ。 - 上記加圧機構が弾性板を有し、
上記弾性板は、上記積層体に隣接して配置される板本体と、上記板本体から外側もしくは斜め外側に向けて伸びる複数の弾性片を有し、
上記複数の弾性片の自由端部が上記側壁または上記別の側壁の縁部近傍に接触させてあることを特徴とする請求項1の電気二重層キャパシタ。
