Abstract
【解決手段】熱交換器、特に車両用エアコンディショニングユニットの蒸発器に関する。第1の熱交換器レジスタ1のポートと第3の熱交換器レジスタ2のポートは交互に/斜めに配置され、第2の熱交換器レジスタ3のポートは同一側に配置され、第1の熱交換器レジスタ1及び第3の熱交換器レジスタ2の各々の1つのポート4,5は熱交換器を冷媒回路に連結し、それぞれの別のポートはそれに応じて配置された接合要素6により第2の熱交換器レジスタ3のポートに連結され、接合要素6の流通面積はコレクタライン7の流通面積の少なくとも60%である。

Claims (13)
- 車両用エアコンディショニングユニットの蒸発器としての熱交換器であって、3つの平面上に配置され、冷媒が連続して通る3つの熱交換器レジスタを有し、前記熱交換器レジスタが、通り過ぎてゆく空気の熱を前記熱交換器レジスタ中を流れている液体に伝えて蒸発させ、前記熱交換器レジスタが、コレクタラインに連結された平行流通形熱交換管から成り、前記熱交換器レジスタのポートが各々、前記コレクタラインの端上に設けられている、熱交換器において、第1の熱交換器レジスタ(1)のポートと第3の熱交換器レジスタ(2)のポートは、交互に/斜めに配置され、第2の熱交換器レジスタ(3)のポートは、同一側に配置され、前記第1の熱交換器レジスタ(1)及び第3の熱交換器レジスタ(2)の各々の1つのポート(4,5)は、前記熱交換器を冷媒回路に連結するのに役立ち、それぞれの別のポートは、それに応じて配置された接合要素(6)により前記第2の熱交換器レジスタ(3)の前記ポートに連結され、前記接合要素(6)の流通面積は、前記コレクタライン(7)の流通面積の少なくとも60%であることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 前記接合要素(6)の最適流通面積は、前記コレクタライン(7)の流通面積の75%〜110%である請求項1記載の熱交換器。
- 前記接合要素(6)は、180°の曲り管として構成されている請求項1又は2記載の熱交換器。
- 前記接合要素(6)は、接合管ソケット(8)として構成され、前記接合管ソケットのフェースは、前記コレクタライン(7)の周方向表面に適合し、前記周方向表面は、開口部を備えている請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記熱交換器レジスタ(1,2,3)は、前記コレクタライン(7)に組み込まれた多チャネル式フラットチューブ形蒸発器(9)を備えている請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- ポート延長ライン(10)が、熱交換器ポート(4,5)を他方の熱交換器ポート(5,4)のポート領域中に延長させるよう構成されている請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 頂部及び底部コレクタライン(7)は各々、それぞれのコレクタブロック(11)に結合され、前記フラットチューブ形蒸発器を連結するために前記コレクタライン(7)及び前記ポートソケット(12)の対応の通路が設けられている請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 接合穴(13)が、2本のコレクタライン(7)の各々相互間に設けられた接合要素(6)として出て前記コレクタブロック(11)に設けられている請求項7記載の熱交換器。
- 接合板(14)及び端板(15)を有する端ブロックが、接合要素(6)として前記コレクタブロック(12)のフェースに取り付けられている請求項7記載の熱交換器。
- 接合チャネル(16)が、前記コレクタライン(7)の位置に応じて前記接合板(14)に設けられ、前記接合チャネル(16)を閉鎖する端板(15)が設けられている請求項9記載の熱交換器。
- 前記端ブロックには、熱交換器ポート(4,5)が設けられている請求項9又は請求項10記載の熱交換器。
- 前記熱交換器は、モジュールとして製造されたコンポーネントで構成されている、請求項1乃至11の何れか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記熱交換器は、冷媒R744を流通させることができるよう構成されている請求項1乃至12の何れか1項に記載の熱交換器。
