Abstract
【解決手段】弁体2の回転軸線上を通るように弁体2を内装したハウジングに挿通され、弁体2に接続された第一軸4と、該第一軸4とは反対側からハウジングに挿通され、軸線周りで回転可能に構成された第二軸5とを備え、第二軸5が外周の少なくとも一部に径方向外方に突設された押圧部50を備えるとともに、弁体2が押圧部50に押圧される被押圧部を備え、被押圧部に対する押圧部50の押圧で、ハウジングに形成された流通路の内部側の開口端周りに配設されたシート部材30に弁体2を密接させる一方、押圧の解除で弁体2がシート部材30に非接触又は略非接触になるようにした。

Claims (4)
- 所定の回転軸線周りで回転可能に構成されるとともに、前記回転軸線と直交又は略直交する仮想面上を通って貫通する連通穴が設けられた弁体と、該弁体が内装され、前記連通穴を介して互いに連通する流通路が少なくとも二つ形成されるとともに、流通路の少なくとも何れか一つの内部側の開口端周りに環状のシート部材が配設されたハウジングとを備え、前記弁体は、シート部材に対して非接触又は略非接触で回転可能に構成されるとともに、該弁体の非貫通部分がシート部材と対向した状態で該シート部材に接離可能に構成され、該非貫通部分とシート部材との密接で流通路を遮断するように構成されたボールバルブにおいて、前記回転軸線上を通るようにハウジングに挿通され、弁体に対して回転軸線周りの回転力を伝達可能に接続された第一軸と、該第一軸とは反対側からハウジングに挿通され、前記第一軸と同心で又は平行な軸線周りで回転可能に構成されるとともに、ハウジング内に位置する一端部における外周の少なくとも一部に径方向外方に突出した押圧部が設けられた第二軸とを備え、前記弁体には、前記非貫通部分がシート部材と対向した状態で、該シート部材に向けて前記押圧部に押圧される被押圧部が設けられていることを特徴とするボールバルブ。
- 前記弁体は、前記非貫通部分がシート部材と対向した状態で、該シート部材側に傾動可能に第一軸に接続されている請求項1に記載のボールバルブ。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記回転軸線周りで間隔をおいて前記流通路が二つ形成されるとともに、二つの流通路の少なくとも何れか一方の内部側の開口端周りに前記シート部材が配設されている請求項1又は2記載のボールバルブ。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記回転軸線周りで間隔をおいて前記流通路が三つ形成されるとともに、弁体の連通穴は、所定の流通路と該流通路に回転軸線周りで隣り合う一方の流通路とを連通させ、且つ弁体を回転軸線周りで回転させることで、前記所定の流通路と該流通路に回転軸線周りで隣り合う他方の流通路とを連通させるように形成され、前記シート部材は、前記所定の流通路と隣り合う各流通路の内部側の開口端周りに配設されている請求項1又は2記載のボールバルブ。
