Abstract
【解決手段】回転軸1に設けられ軸方向に対し垂直な平面2aを有するランナ部2と、ランナ部2の平面2aに対向する摺動面3aを有する固定部3とを備えたスラスト軸受装置において、固定部3は、摺動面3aに径方向に伸びるように形成された複数の油溝6と、摺動面3aにおける油溝6間のうちいずれかに形成され、テーパ部7a及びランド部7bからなる複数のテーパランド部7と、摺動面3aにおける油溝6間のうち残りに形成され、平面のみからなる複数の平坦部8と、複数の平坦部8にそれぞれ形成され、外部からの圧油が供給される複数の給油口9とを有する。

Description
図1は、本実施形態によるスラスト軸受装置の概略構造を表す軸方向断面図である。図2は、固定部の摺動面の詳細構造を給油系統とともに表す図であり、図3は、図2中断面III−IIIによる固定部の周方向部分断面図である。

Claims (4)
- 回転軸に設けられ軸方向に対し垂直な平面を有するランナ部と、前記ランナ部の平面に対向する摺動面を有する固定部とを備えたスラスト軸受装置において、
前記固定部は、前記摺動面に径方向に伸びるように形成された複数の油溝と、前記摺動面における前記複数の油溝間のうちいずれかに形成され、傾斜面及び平面からなる複数のテーパランド部と、前記摺動面における前記複数の油溝間のうち残りに形成され、平面のみからなる複数の平坦部と、前記複数の平坦部にそれぞれ形成され、外部からの圧油が供給される複数の給油口とを有することを特徴とするスラスト軸受装置。 - 請求項1記載のスラスト軸受装置において、前記回転軸は、軸方向が水平方向となるように配置されており、前記固定部の摺動面は、円環状に形成し、前記複数の平坦部は、水平方向及び鉛直方向のうち少なくともいずれか一方に対し対称配置されるように形成したことを特徴とするスラスト軸受装置。
- 請求項1記載のスラスト軸受装置において、前記回転軸は、軸方向が水平方向となるように配置されており、前記固定部の摺動面は、前記回転軸の軸芯より上方側又は下方側に配置されるように部分円環状に形成し、前記複数の平坦部は、鉛直方向に対し対称配置されるように形成したことを特徴とするスラスト軸受装置。
- 請求項3記載のスラスト軸受装置において、前記固定部は、前記回転軸を回転可能に支持するジャーナル軸受の軸方向側面に固定されており、前記ジャーナル軸受は、その摺動面における下方側位置にかつ前記ジャーナル軸受の軸方向幅の中心に対し対称となるように形成された複数の給油口を有し、軸方向に揺動可能に設けられたことを特徴とするスラスト軸受装置。
