Abstract
【解決手段】液晶装置は、液晶表示パネルと、反射防止膜と、を備える。液晶表示パネルは、2枚の基板の間に液晶を挟持してなる。反射防止膜は、液晶表示パネルの基板の液晶側とは反対側に設置され、高屈折率の薄膜層と低屈折率の薄膜層とが交互に積層されており、導電性を有すると共に電気的に接地されている。このようにすることで、上記の液晶装置では、反射防止機能及びシールド機能の両方を有すると共に装置の薄型化を図ることができる。

Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る液晶装置100の断面図である。図2は、本実施形態に係る液晶装置100の平面図を示す。図1は、図2の液晶装置100の破線A−A´における断面図を示す。
次に、反射防止膜13の構成について図2及び図4を用いて詳しく述べる。図4に、反射防止膜13の拡大断面図を示す。図1でいうと、図4は、波線28で囲まれた部分の拡大断面図である。
次に本実施形態に係る液晶装置100の変形例について説明する。
次に、本発明に係る液晶装置100を適用可能な電子機器の具体例について図7を参照して説明する。
Claims (7)
- 2枚の基板の間に液晶を挟持してなる液晶表示パネルと、
前記液晶表示パネルの前記基板の前記液晶側とは反対側に設置され、高屈折率の薄膜層と低屈折率の薄膜層とが交互に積層された反射防止膜と、を備え、
前記反射防止膜は、導電性を有すると共に電気的に接地されていることを特徴とする液晶装置。 - 前記反射防止膜は、少なくとも一層の前記薄膜層が、導電性を有する材料で形成されていると共に電気的に接地されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶装置。
- 前記反射防止膜は、表面上に導電性の粒子が塗布されて形成された導電膜を有し、前記導電膜は、電気的に接地されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶装置。
- 前記液晶表示パネルは、横電界方式の液晶表示パネルであり、
前記反射防止膜は、前記2枚の基板のうち、共通電極及び画素電極が形成されていない基板の外面上に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の液晶装置。 - 前記液晶表示パネルを駆動するドライバICを備え、
前記反射防止膜は、前記ドライバICのCOM端子と電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の液晶装置。 - 前記液晶表示パネルと電気的に接続されているフレキシブル基板を備え、
前記反射防止膜は、前記フレキシブル基板のグランド配線と電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の液晶装置。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の液晶装置を表示部に備えることを特徴とする電子機器。
