Abstract
【解決手段】流入側管状体11の端部には、流出側管状体10へ向けて突出し円環状に延びる流入側溶着部28を形成する。流出側管状体10の端部には、流入側管状体11へ向けて突出し流入側溶着部28に沿うように円環状に延びる流出側溶着部21を形成する。流入側溶着部28の突出方向先端側には、傾斜面部28aを形成する。この傾斜面部28aを流出側溶着部21に対しスピン溶着法により溶着して両管状体10、11を一体化する。

Claims (5)
- 第1管状体の端部と第2管状体の端部とを溶着してなるケースと、該ケース内に配設されたオイル濾過用のフィルタとを備えたオイルストレーナであって、
上記第1管状体の端部には、上記第2管状体へ向けて突出し円環状に延びる第1溶着部が形成され、
上記第2管状体の端部には、上記第1管状体へ向けて突出し上記第1溶着部に沿うように円環状に延びる第2溶着部が形成され、
上記第1溶着部の突出方向先端側には、該第1溶着部の中心線に対し傾斜した第1傾斜面部が中心線周りに環状に形成され、
上記第1傾斜面部が上記第2溶着部に対しスピン溶着法により溶着されて上記第1管状体と上記第2管状体とが一体化されていることを特徴とするオイルストレーナ。 - 請求項1に記載のオイルストレーナにおいて、
第1傾斜面部は、第1溶着部の径方向内方に行くほど第2管状体側に位置するように傾斜し、
第2溶着部の突出方向先端側には、上記第1傾斜面部に沿うように、該第2溶着部の径方向外方に行くほど第1管状体側に位置するように延びる第2傾斜面部が中心線周りに環状に形成され、
上記第1傾斜面部の径方向内縁部は、上記第2傾斜面部の径方向内縁部よりも内方まで延びており、上記第1傾斜面部の内縁部と上記第2管状体との間に内側溶着バリ収容部が構成されていることを特徴とするオイルストレーナ。 - 請求項2に記載のオイルストレーナにおいて、
第2溶着部の突出方向先端面における径方向外縁部は、第1溶着部の突出方向先端面における径方向外縁部よりも外方まで延びており、上記第2溶着部の先端面における外縁部と第1管状体との間に外側溶着バリ収容部が構成されていることを特徴とするオイルストレーナ。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載のオイルストレーナにおいて、
第1管状体の端部には、第1溶着部よりも内側及び外側に、それぞれ、第2管状体へ向けて突出する内側環状壁部及び外側環状壁部が設けられていることを特徴とするオイルストレーナ。 - 第1管状体の端部と第2管状体の端部とを溶着してなるケースと、該ケース内に配設されたオイル濾過用のフィルタとを備えたオイルストレーナの製造方法であって、
上記第1管状体の端部に、上記第2管状体へ向けて突出し円環状に延びる第1溶着部を形成し、該第1溶着部の突出方向先端側に、該第1溶着部の中心線に対し傾斜した第1傾斜面部を中心線周りに環状に形成する第1溶着部形成工程と、
上記第2管状体の端部に、上記第1管状体へ向けて突出し上記第1溶着部に沿うように円環状に延びる第2溶着部を形成する第2溶着部形成工程と、
上記第1溶着部形成工程と上記第2溶着部形成工程の後、上記第1傾斜面部を上記第2溶着部に対しスピン溶着法により溶着し、上記第1管状体と上記第2管状体とを一体化する溶着工程とを備えていることを特徴とするオイルストレーナの製造方法。
