本発明の目的は、高温環境においての表示品質の低下を防止することができる液晶表示パネル及びその製造方法を提供することにある。
【解決手段】
本発明に係る液晶表示パネルは、液晶を介して互いに対向する上部アレイ基板及び下部アレイ基板と;前記上部アレイ基板及び下部アレイ基板のそれぞれに形成され、前記液晶を配向させる配向膜とを備え、前記配向膜は、ポリベンゾオキサゾール系化合物、ポリベンゾチアゾール系化合物、ポリベンゾイミダゾール系化合物の中のいずれか一つに光活性基が作用基として結合された高分子からなる。

Claims (12)
- 液晶を介して互いに対向する上部アレイ基板及び下部アレイ基板と;
前記上部アレイ基板及び下部アレイ基板のそれぞれに形成され、前記液晶を配向させる配向膜と
を備え、前記配向膜は、ポリベンゾオキサゾール系化合物、ポリベンゾチアゾール系化合物、ポリベンゾイミダゾール系化合物の中のいずれか一つに光活性基が作用基として結合された高分子からなることを特徴とする液晶表示パネル。 - 前記ポリベンゾオキサゾール系化合物は、フェニレンジカルボン酸及びジアミノベンゼンジオール二塩酸塩の重縮合反応により製造されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示パネル。
- 前記ポリベンゾチアゾール系化合物は、フェニレンジカルボン酸及びジアミノベンゼンジチオール二塩酸塩の重縮合反応により製造されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示パネル。
- 前記ポリベンゾイミダゾール系化合物は、フェニレンジカルボン酸及びテトラアミンの重縮合反応により製造されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示パネル。
- 前記光活性基は、光重合、光異性化、光分解及び光再配列の中のいずれか一つの反応ができる基であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示パネル。
- 前記光重合ができる基を有する反応物質としては、シンナミック酸誘導体、カルコン誘導体、クマリン誘導体、マレイミド誘導体の中のいずれか一つであり、前記光異性化ができる基を有する反応物質としては、アゾ化合物、スチルベン化合物の中のいずれか一つであり、前記光分解ができる基を有する反応物質としては、シクロブタン、カルボニル系化合物の中のいずれか一つであり、前記光再配列ができる基を有する反応物質としては、アロマティックエステル系化合物であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液晶表示パネル。
- 液晶を介して位置し、前記液晶を配向させる上部配向膜及び下部配向膜を形成する段階を含む液晶表示パネルの製造方法において、前記上部配向膜及び下部配向膜の中の少なくともいずれか一つを形成する段階は:
上部アレイ基板及び下部アレイ基板のそれぞれに、作用基に光活性基を有するポリベンゾオキサゾール系化合物、ポリベンゾチアゾール系化合物及びポリベンゾイミダゾール系化合物からなる群から選択される配向物質を形成する段階と;
前記配向物質に紫外線を照射する段階と
を含むことを特徴とする液晶表示パネルの製造方法。 - 前記ポリベンゾオキサゾール系化合物からなる配向物質を形成する段階は:
フェニレンジカルボン酸及びジアミノベンゼンジオール二塩酸塩の中のいずれか一つに前記光活性基を導入する段階と;
100〜300℃で前記フェニレンジカルボン酸及びジアミノベンゼンジオール二塩酸塩を重縮合反応させる段階と
を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の液晶表示パネルの製造方法。 - 前記ポリベンゾチアゾール系化合物からなる配向物質を形成する段階は:
フェニレンジカルボン酸及びジアミノベンゼンジチオール二塩酸塩の中のいずれか一つに前記光活性基を導入する段階と;
100〜300℃で前記フェニレンジカルボン酸及びジアミノベンゼンジチオール二塩酸塩を重縮合反応させる段階と
を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の液晶表示パネルの製造方法。 - 前記ポリベンゾイミダゾール系化合物からなる配向物質を形成する段階は:

- 前記光重合ができる基を有する反応物質としては、シンナミック酸誘導体、カルコン誘導体、クマリン誘導体、マレイミド誘導体の中のいずれか一つであり、前記光異性化ができる基を有する反応物質としては、アゾ化合物、スチルベン化合物の中のいずれか一つであり、前記光分解ができる基を有する反応物質としては、シクロブタン、カルボニル系化合物の中のいずれか一つであり、前記光再配列ができる基を有する反応物質としては、アロマティックエステル系化合物であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の液晶表示パネルの製造方法。
