Abstract

Claims (14)
- 中心を貫通する円筒状の孔を有する3以上の球状動力調整装置と、
前記各球状動力調整装置の孔に挿通される3以上のスピンドルと、
中心に孔を有する少なくとも一つの固定支持物と、
第1及び第2の端部を有し、前記3以上の動力調整装置の間に配置され、これらと摩擦接触する回転可能な支持部材であって、実質的に均一の外径を有し、軸方向に移動可能であり、当該軸方向の移動を制御するための少なくとも2つの軸受領域を有する支持部材と、
前記支持部材の第1の端部側に配置され、軸方向に移動可能な第1の環状のベアリングと、
前記支持部材の第2の端部側に配置され、軸方向に移動可能な第2の環状のベアリングと、
前記支持部材との間に前記第1のベアリングを挟むように配置され、軸方向に移動可能な第1の平面プラットフォームと、
前記支持部材との間に前記第2のベアリングを挟むように配置され、軸方向に移動可能な第2の平面プラットフォームと、
前記スピンドルの回転軸を変化させるように調整可能であり、当該スピンドルに接続される比率変換器と
を備えている無段変速機。 - 回転可能な駆動部材と、
中心を貫通する円筒状の孔を有する3以上の球状動力調整装置と、
前記各球状動力調整装置の孔に挿通される3以上のスピンドルと、
駆動スリーブと、
前記駆動部材と対向する駆動スリーブ上に設けられた3以上の傾斜面と、
前記駆動スリーブの3以上の傾斜面上及び前記駆動部材上を転動する3以上のローラと、
前記3以上のローラを保持するローラ・ケージと、
前記駆動スリーブの3以上の傾斜面は、前記3以上のローラが回転するときに、トルクの増大に応じて前記3以上の動力調整装置に対して前記駆動部材を押圧するとともに、トルクの減少に応じて前記駆動部材から押圧されるように構成され、
第1及び第2の端部を有し、前記3以上の動力調整装置の間に配置され、これらと摩擦接触する回転可能な支持部材であって、実質的に均一な外径を有し、軸方向に移動可能であり、当該軸方向の移動を制御するための少なくとも2つのベアリング領域を有する支持部材と、
前記支持部材の第1の端部側に配置され、軸方向に移動可能な第1の環状のベアリングと、
前記支持部材の第2の端部側に配置され、軸方向に移動可能な第2の環状のベアリングと、
前記支持部材との間に前記第1のベアリングを挟むように配置され、軸方向に移動可能な第1の平面プラットフォームと、
前記支持部材との間に前記第2のベアリングを挟むように配置され、軸方向に移動可能な第2の平面プラットフォームと、
中心に孔を有する少なくとも一つの固定支持物と、
前記スピンドルの回転軸を変化させるように調整可能であり、当該スピンドルに接続される比率変換器と、を備え、
前記支持部材、第1の環状ベアリング、第2の環状ベアリング、第1の平面プラットフォーム、及び第2の平面プラットフォームは、軸方向に同時に移動可能となっている、変速機。 - 前記駆動スリーブの傾斜面は、直線状に延びている、請求項2に記載の無段変速機。
- 前記ローラは、円筒状である、請求項2に記載の無段変速機。
- 中空の主軸と、
前記主軸内に配置された変速部材と、をさらに備え、
前記変速部材は、前記各動力調整装置の回転軸の調整を行うように構成されている、請求項2に記載の変速機。 - 主軸と、
前記主軸に取り付けられる回転可能な駆動部材と、
前記主軸に取り付けられる回転可能な被駆動部材と、
前記駆動部材及び被駆動部材との間に摩擦接触するように配置され、前記駆動部材からの力を前記被駆動部材に伝達するように構成され、中心を通るように延びる円筒状の孔を有する複数の球状の動力調整装置と、
前記各球状動力調整装置の孔に挿通される3以上のスピンドルと、
前記複数の動力調整装置の間に配置され、これらと摩擦接触する回転可能な支持部材であって、前記各動力調整装置が、前記駆動部材、被駆動部材及び支持部材と摩擦接触するように構成される支持部材と、
前記支持部材の第1の端部側に配置される第1の環状のベアリングと、
前記支持部材の第2の端部側に配置される第2の環状のベアリングと、
中心に孔が形成されている少なくとも一つの固定支持物と、
前記少なくとも一つの支持物に取り付けられる複数の脚と
を備えている、無段変速機。 - 前記脚は前記支持物に強固に固定されるとともに、
前記動力調整装置の支持を補助することで、前記支持部材の回転軸周りに移動するのを防止する、請求項6に記載の変速機。 - 前記複数の脚は、前記固定支持物から略垂直に延びている、請求項7に記載の変速機。
- 前記主軸が中空であり、当該主軸内に前記変速部材が設けられ、当該変速部材は前記複数の動力調整装置の回転軸の調整を行うように構成されている、請求項6に記載の変速機。
- 回転可能な駆動部材と、
中心を通るように延びる円筒状の孔を有する複数の球状の動力調整装置と、
前記各球状動力調整装置の孔に挿通される3以上のスピンドルと、
中心に孔が形成された少なくとも一つの固定支持物と、
前記主軸に取り付けられる回転可能な被駆動部材と、
前記複数の動力調整装置の間に配置され、これらと摩擦接触する回転可能な支持部材であって、実質的に均一の外径を有し、軸方向に移動可能であり、当該軸方向の移動を制御するための少なくとも2つの軸受領域を有する支持部材と、
前記支持部材の第1の端部側に配置され、軸方向に移動可能な第1の環状のベアリングと、
前記支持部材の第2の端部側に配置され、軸方向に移動可能な第2の環状のベアリングと、
前記支持部材との間に前記第1のベアリングを挟むように配置され、軸方向に移動可能な第1の平面プラットフォームと、
前記支持部材との間に前記第2のベアリングを挟むように配置され、軸方向に移動可能な第2の平面プラットフォームと、
外部に延びる端部を有し、前記支持部材の軸方向に沿って配置され、当該支持部材と係合する変速部材と、を備え、
前記変速部材の位置の調整により、前記支持部材、第1の環状ベアリング、第2の環状ベアリング、第1のプラットフォーム、及び第2のプラットフォームが、同時に且つ略同一の距離だけ移動する、無段変速機。 - 前記変速部材に取り付けられる第1の端部と、変速アクチュエータに接続される第2の端部を有する接続部をさらに備えている、請求項10に記載の変速機。
- 前記変速部材を第1の位置に付勢する引っ張り部材をさらに備えている、請求項10に記載の変速機。
- 前記スピンドルに接続される比率変換器をさらに備えている、請求項10に記載の変速機。
- 前記各動力調整装置の表面の少なくとも一点における、前記スピンドルの回転軸方向の移動が、変速が行われたときに、前記支持部材の軸方向の移動よりも長い、請求項10に記載の変速機。
