[1].(A)ラクトフェリンと、(B)血行促進剤とを有効成分として含有する脂肪減少促進剤、
[2].(B)成分がコショウ科、ショウガ科、及びナス科から選ばれる植物又はその抽出物である[1]記載の脂肪減少促進剤、
[3].(B)成分が、コショウ、ヒハツ及びヒハツモドキ、ショウガ、ならびにトウガラシから選ばれる植物又はその抽出物である[2]記載の脂肪減少促進剤を提供する。
ポテトスターチ等が挙げられる。崩壊剤としては、セルロース又はその誘導体、デンプン又はその誘導体等が挙げられる。結合剤としては、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、メチルセルロース、カルボキシメチルセルロース、ゼラチン、ビニルピロリドン、部分α化デンプン等が挙げられる。その他の成分として、カロチノイド系物質(α−カロチン、β−カロチン、γ−カロチン、リコピン、ルテイン、アスタキサンチン、ゼアキサンチン等)、コエンザイムQ10、ビタミンE、トコトリエノール、DHA、EPA等が挙げられる。
コショウ(Piper nigrum L)乾燥果実100gを常法により熱水で抽出し、濾過後減圧濃縮し、次いで凍結乾燥した。これをコショウ熱水抽出物とした。
ヒハツ(Piper longum L)の乾燥果実100gを常法により熱水で抽出し、濾過後減圧濃縮し、次いで熱風乾燥した。これをヒハツ熱水抽出物とした。
トウガラシ(Capsicum annuum)の乾燥果実100gを常法によりエタノールで抽出し、濾過後減圧濃縮し、次いで凍結乾燥した。これをトウガラシエタノール抽出物とした。
ラクトフェリンは新鮮なウシ・ホエーの硫安沈殿物を水に溶解して、セファデックスG−25のカラムを通し脱塩を行った。脱塩蛋白をpH7.3のリン酸緩衝生理食塩水に溶解し、抗ウシ・ラクトフェリンモノクローナル抗体アフィニティカラムに通し、さらにリン酸緩衝生理食塩水で洗浄した。その後、0.15Mの食塩を含むpH3.7の0.25M酢酸ナトリウム緩衝液でカラムよりウシ・ラクトフェリンを溶出し、凍結乾燥によりラクトフェリンを得た。
ラクトフェリン300mgと、コショウ熱水抽出物150mgの粉末とをアルミ製小袋に入れて、顆粒品を作製した。
ラクトフェリン100mg、ヒハツ熱水抽出物50mg、乳糖60mg、結晶セルロース80mg、カルボキシメチルセルロース−Ca5mg、及びショ糖脂肪酸エステル5mgを定法どおり打錠したタブレットに、シェラックを用いて腸溶性の皮膜をコーティングした。
ラクトフェリン100mg、トウガラシエタノール抽出物50mg、乳糖60mg、結晶セルロース80mg、カルボキシメチルセルロース−Ca5mg、及びショ糖脂肪酸エステル5mgを定法どおり打錠し、タブレットを作製した。
乳糖粉末450mgをアルミ製小袋に入れて、顆粒品を作製した。
ラクトフェリン100mg、乳糖110mg、結晶セルロース80mg、カルボキシメチルセルロース−Ca5mg、及びショ糖脂肪酸エステル5mgを定法どおり打錠したタブレットに、シェラックを用いて腸溶性の皮膜をコーティングした。
ヒハツ熱水抽出物100mg、トウガラシエタノール抽出物50mg、乳糖60mg、結晶セルロース80mg、カルボキシメチルセルロース−Ca5mg、ショ糖脂肪酸エステル5mgを定法どおり打錠し、タブレットを作製した。
上記実施例及び比較例のものを用い、下記の試験法により脂肪減少促進を評価した。結果を表1,2、及び図1,2に示す。
総コレステロール値の高い15名を1群5名の3群に分け、各自が実施例2、比較例2、比較例3を1日あたり3錠、継続して2ヶ月内服した。服用前、1ヶ月後、2ヶ月後に、血液採取を定時(午前11時頃)に行い、総コレステロール値を測定し、服用前、2ヶ月後に血清中性脂肪濃度を測定した。
約1ヶ月後には、実施例2服用の5名のうち総コレステロール値が正常値より高めであった4名は総コレステロール値が低下したが、正常域にあった1名及び比較例2,3を服用した10名には総コレステロール値、中性脂肪の変動は認められなかった(図1,2)。比較例2,3においても2ヶ月後に値が低下した例も認められたが、実施例2に比較して値は高く、このことからラクトフェリンとヒハツ熱水抽出物を組み合わせたものは、(A)成分単独、又は(B)成分単独の組み合わせよりも、さらに不要なコレステロールを低下させることが分かった。
Claims (3)
- (A)ラクトフェリンと、(B)血行促進剤とを有効成分として含有する脂肪減少促進剤。
- (B)成分がコショウ科、ショウガ科、及びナス科から選ばれる植物又はその抽出物である請求項1記載の脂肪減少促進剤。
- (B)成分が、コショウ、ヒハツ及びヒハツモドキ、ショウガ、ならびにトウガラシから選ばれる植物又はその抽出物である請求項2記載の脂肪減少促進剤。
