Abstract
【解決手段】変電所10,11の整流器12,13の出力側に変電所遮断器SW3〜SW6を介して上りき電線5及び下りき電線6を接続し、上りき電線5及び下りき電線6をそれぞれ半導体スイッチ素子を有する昇降圧チョッパ14,15の一端と接続するとともに、各昇降圧チョッパ14,15の他端同士を接続し、この接続点と接地電位との間に蓄電設備16を接続し、各昇降圧チョッパ14,15は定格電流の範囲内で上りき電線5と下りき電線6の電圧が等しくなるように電圧の高い方のき電線から低い方のき電線に電流が流れるように制御し、かつ各昇降圧チョッパ14,15の電流が過電流になった場合にはそれぞれ昇降圧チョッパ14,15を遮断する。

Description
(1)き電電圧が定格値(例えば、1500V)を超えた1650V以上となったとき、電車A又はBの回生(制動)状態と判定し、き電線2Aから電気二重層キャパシタ4Aに充電電流を流す極性のスイッチをオンさせ、電車からの回生エネルギを電気二重層キャパシタ4Aに急速充電により吸収させ、き電電圧の上昇を抑制し、回生失効を回避する。(2)き電電圧が定格値以下になったとき、電車A又はBの起動(力行)状態と判定し、電気二重層キャパシタ4Aからき電線2Aに放電電流を流す極性のスイッチをオンさせ、電気二重層キャパシタ4Aからき電線2Aに急速放電させることで、き電電圧の降下を補償する。(3)き電電圧が定格値から許容される電圧範囲内にあるとき、即ち電圧1500〜1650Vの範囲内にあるとき、き電線2Aと電気二重層キャパシタ4Aとの間を開路させ、待機状態とする。

Claims (1)
- 変電所の直流出力側に変電所遮断器を介して上りき電線及び下りき電線を接続した直流き電系統において、半導体スイッチ素子を有する第1及び第2の昇降圧チョッパの一端をそれぞれ上り及び下りのき電線と接続するとともに、各昇降圧チョッパの他端同士を接続し、この接続点と接地電位との間に蓄電設備を接続し、各昇降圧チョッパは定格電流の範囲内で上りき電線と下りき電線の電圧が等しくなるように電圧の高い方のき電線から電圧の低い方のき電線に電流が流れるように制御され、かつ各昇降圧チョッパの電流が過電流になった場合にはそれぞれの昇降圧チョッパを遮断するようにしたことを特徴とする直流き電系統の制御方式。
