Claims (4)
- 流体源に連結された入口端と受け部に連結された出口端とを有する、流体を移送するための流体移送導管と、
圧縮機導管と、
加圧流体を前記圧縮機導管内に噴射して、前記圧縮機導管の少なくとも一部が前記移送導管の一部を圧縮する、前記圧縮機導管に連結されたポンプと、
前記流体移送導管を通して流体を送出するために前記圧縮機導管の加圧及び通気を可能にするように動作される、前記圧縮機導管内の圧力を選択的に解放するための通気穴と、
を含むことを特徴とする流体移送装置。 - 前記流体移送導管は、前記圧縮機導管内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体移送装置。
- 固形インクスティックを溶融させて、溶融インクを生成するための溶融要素と、
前記溶融要素によって生成される溶融インクを収集するための溶融インクコレクタと、
前記溶融インクコレクタから溶融インクを移送するための溶融インク移送装置と、
前記溶融インク移送装置から受け取った溶融インクを保管するための溶融インクリザーバと、
前記溶融インクリザーバから溶融インクを受け取るためのプリントヘッドと、
前記プリントヘッドが溶融インクを射出して、画像を形成する画像形成面と、
を含み、
前記溶融インク移送装置は、
インク移送導管と圧縮機導管とを有する二重導管
を含み、前記二重導管の前記インク移送導管の出口端は前記溶融インクリザーバに連結され、前記ニ重導管の前記インク移送導管の入口端は前記溶融インクコレクタに連結されており、
流体を前記二重導管の前記圧縮機導管内に噴射するために前記圧縮機導管の入口に連結された流体ポンプと、
前記圧縮機導管内の圧力を選択的に解放するための前記二重導管の圧縮機導管に連結された通気弁と
を含み、前記通気弁が、前記インク移送導管を通して溶融インクを送出するために前記圧縮機導管の加圧及び通気を可能にするように動作させられる
ことを特徴とする相変化インク画像形成装置。 - 流体を送出するための方法であって、
圧縮機導管内の圧力を解放し、解放された圧力に応じて流体移送導管が元へ戻る際に、流体移送導管が流体源から流体を引き出すことを可能にし、
前記流体移送導管の流体の一部を放出する目的のために、前記圧縮機導管内の圧力を高めるように流体を圧縮機導管に噴射する、
ステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。
