Claims (14)
- 光コネクタにおいて、
導波路と、前記導波路の端面に配置されたレンズとを有する導波路部材を有することを特徴とする光コネクタ。 - 前記導波路部材を収納するとともに、他の光コネクタを係合する筐体を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の光コネクタ。
- 前記導波路部材が前記筐体内に複数収納されており、他の光コネクタと係合する係合部を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の光コネクタ。
- 前記導波路部材は、前記導波路及び前記レンズが複数搭載されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光コネクタ。
- 前記導波路部材は、前記導波路の一端面と他端面とで角度が異なるように前記導波路が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光コネクタ。
- 前記導波路部材を固着する基板と、
前記基板の前記レンズに対向する位置に搭載され、光電変換を行う光電変換素子とを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の光コネクタ。 - 前記導波路部材は、前記導波路が複数本、形成され、
前記レンズは、各々の端面形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光コネクタ。 - 前記導波路部材を複数配列したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の光コネクタ。
- 前記導波路部材は、第1の屈折率の透明樹脂部材に前記導波路の経路に沿って溝を形成し、前記溝に第2の屈折率の透明樹脂を封入し、樹脂フィルムで閉蓋することにより、前記導波路を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の光コネクタ。
- 前記導波路部材は、前記導波路の一端面に配置された前記レンズに対向して光伝送路が接続され、
前記導波路の他端面に配置されたレンズに対向して光電変換素子が配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光コネクタ。 - 前記導波路部材は、前記導波路の両端面に配置された前記レンズに対向して光伝送路が接続されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光コネクタ。
- 前記光伝送路の端面が前記レンズの焦点距離に応じた距離に前記光伝送路を位置決めする係合部を有することを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載の光コネクタ。
- 前記導波路部材は、前記レンズの焦点距離に応じた距離に前記光電変換素子が位置するように位置決めする凸部を有することを特徴とする請求項10記載の光コネクタ。
- 前記導波路部材は、前記レンズが一体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光コネクタ。
