Abstract
【解決手段】スクリュー圧縮機は、スクリューチラー用であり、一対のスクリューロータとこれを収納するケーシング、容積比を可変する容量制御弁、スクリューロータを駆動するモータ及びこのモータの回転数を可変するインバータを備える。このスクリュー圧縮機は、負荷に応じてインバータによる回転数制御手段と容量制御弁による機械的容量制御手段とを単独あるいは併用して制御すると共に、インバータによる単独容量制御した場合の最高効率点を定格運転点より低い回転数側に設定し、当該最高効率点より回転数大の領域は定格回転数より高回転数側までインバータのみで制御するものである。

Description
(1)前記最高効率点以下の回転数域での運転が要求されるときには、能力に応じて、前記インバータによる回転数制御手段と前記容量制御弁による機械的容量制御手段とを併用して効率が最大になるよう運転すること。
(2)前記容量制御弁は前記ケーシングに設けられた圧縮開始位置を可変するものであること。
(3)前記インバータによる単独容量制御した場合の最高効率点を定格冷凍能力の80%付近に設定したこと。
(4)前記一対のスクリューロータの吸入側圧力及び吐出側圧力と負荷とに応じて、前記モータの回転数に基づいて前記容量制御弁の位置を制御すること。
(5)前記インバータに異常が発生して当該インバータによる前記モータの運転継続が不可能になった場合に、応急的に当該モータを商用電源に直結してそれまで通りの前記容量制御弁による容量制御運転を継続すること。
Claims (6)
- 一対のスクリューロータとこれを収納するケーシング、容積比を可変する容量制御弁、前記スクリューロータを駆動するモータ及びこのモータの回転数を可変するインバータを備えるスクリューチラー用のスクリュー圧縮機において、
負荷に応じて前記インバータによる回転数制御手段と前記容量制御弁による機械的容量制御手段とを単独あるいは併用して制御すると共に、前記インバータによる単独容量制御した場合の最高効率点を定格運転点より低い回転数側に設定し、当該最高効率点より回転数大の領域は定格回転数より高回転数側まで前記インバータのみで制御すること特徴とするスクリュー圧縮機。 - 請求項1において、前記最高効率点以下の回転数域での運転が要求されるときには、能力に応じて、前記インバータによる回転数制御手段と前記容量制御弁による機械的容量制御手段とを併用して効率が最大になるよう運転することを特徴とするスクリュー圧縮機。
- 請求項1において、前記容量制御弁は前記ケーシングに設けられた圧縮開始位置を可変するものであることを特徴とするスクリュー圧縮機。
- 請求項1または2において、前記インバータによる単独容量制御した場合の最高効率点を定格冷凍能力の80%付近に設定したことを特徴とするスクリュー圧縮機。
- 請求項2において、前記一対のスクリューロータの吸入側圧力及び吐出側圧力と負荷とに応じて、前記モータの回転数に基づいて前記容量制御弁の位置を制御することを特徴とするスクリュー圧縮機。
- 請求項1において、前記インバータに異常が発生して当該インバータによる前記モータの運転継続が不可能になった場合に、応急的に当該モータを商用電源に直結してそれまで通りの前記容量制御弁による容量制御運転を継続することを特徴とするスクリュー圧縮機。
