Abstract
【解決手段】 内層に熱接着性樹脂層を有する積層材からなる2枚の側面シート2の内層面を対向して配置し、該側面シートの下端部に内層に熱接着性樹脂層を有する積層材からなる底面シート3を内層面を外面にして中央で山折りして挿入し、側面シートの側端部と該側面シートの内面と対向する山折りした底面シートの外面との周縁部をヒートシールした自立袋1において、側面シートを形成する積層材が外層、中間層、熱接着性樹脂層が順次、積層されてなり、外層に2軸延伸ポリ乳酸系樹脂フィルムを備え、底面シートを形成する積層材の外層に2軸延伸ポリ乳酸系樹脂フィルムよりも融点が高いフィルムを備えている自立袋である。

図1は本発明にかかる自立袋の一実施形態を示す正面図、図2は図1のX−X線断面図、図3は本発明にかかる自立袋の側面シート及び底面シートを形成する積層材の層構成を示し図2のY−Y線断面図であり、図中の1は自立袋,2は側面シート、3は底面シート、4はガセット部、5は切り欠き部、6は底部シール部、7は側部シール部、8は上部シール部、9は易開封手段、10はノッチ、11は咬合具、21、31は外層、22、32は中間層、23、33は熱接着性樹脂層を示す。

Claims (1)
- 内層に熱接着性樹脂層を有する積層材からなる2枚の側面シートの内層面を対向して配置し、該側面シートの下端部に内層に熱接着性樹脂層を有する積層材からなる底面シートを内層面を外面にして中央で山折りして挿入し、前記側面シートの側端部と該側面シートの内面と対向する山折りした前記底面シートの外面との周縁部をヒートシールした自立袋において、前記側面シートを形成する積層材が外層、中間層、熱接着性樹脂層が順次、積層されてなり、外層に2軸延伸ポリ乳酸系樹脂フィルムを備え、前記底面シートを形成する積層材の外層に前記2軸延伸ポリ乳酸系樹脂フィルムよりも融点が高いフィルムを備えていることを特徴とする自立袋。
