3.前記複合紡績糸が電気開繊法により製造されたものであることを特徴とする上記1又は2記載の耐水材料。
4.前記難燃性織物のJIS L−1096(1999) 8.4による質量が、150g/m2以上250g/m2以下であることを特徴とする上記1〜3のいずれかに記載の耐水材料。
5.前記複合紡績糸のJIS L−1096(1999) 8.8による見掛け番手が、20綿番手以上40綿番手以下であることを特徴とする上記1〜4のいずれかに記載の耐水材料。
6.建染染料、硫化染料により染色されたことを特徴とする上記1〜5のいずれかに記載の耐水材料。
7.前記難燃性織物のATTCC Test Method 118による撥油性が5級以上、JIS L−1092(1998)による撥水性が3級以上であることを特徴とする上記1〜6のいずれかに記載の耐水材料。
本発明の耐水材料は、難燃性を有するセルロース系繊維と合成繊維マルチフィラメントとの割合が重量%比で、90:10〜97:3の範囲で製造されている複合紡績糸を用いて製織した織物を最表層部に配置し、JIS L−1091(1992) A−4法による炭化長が、15cm以下であることを特徴とする難燃性織物に、防水性を有するフィルムを接着されていることが好ましい。
Claims (7)
- 難燃性を有するセルロース系繊維と合成繊維マルチフィラメントとの割合が重量%比で、90:10〜97:3の範囲で製造されている複合紡績糸を用いて製織した織物を最表層部に配置し、JIS L−1091(1992) A−4法による炭化長が、15cm以下であることを特徴とする難燃性織物に、防水性を有するフィルムを接着させたことを特徴とする耐水材料。
- 前記合成繊維マルチフィラメントが、ポリアミド繊維であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の耐水材料。
- 前記複合紡績糸が電気開繊法により製造されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の耐水材料。
- 前記難燃性織物のJIS L−1096(1999) 8.4による質量が、150g/m2以上250g/m2以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の耐水材料。
- 前記複合紡績糸のJIS L−1096(1999) 8.8による見掛け番手が、20綿番手以上40綿番手以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4にいずれかに記載の耐水材料。
- 建染染料、硫化染料により染色されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の耐水材料。
