Abstract
【解決手段】操作装置の振動の測定方法であって、3軸加速度計、デジタル信号プロセッサ、および通信トランシーバからなる振動センサに接続された制御ユニットを有する操作装置を用意するステップを含み、デジタル信号プロセッサは、3軸加速度計の各軸の生の振動データを受け取り、このデータを荷重関数にかける。次に、車両のオペレータに関連するストレスレベルデータを用いて、オペレータのストレスレベルデータに対するフィルタリングデータの瞬間の影響を計算し、一定の時間間隔に亘って蓄積された瞬間ストレスレベルデータを決定する。次に、デジタル信号プロセッサが、この時間間隔におけるオペレータのストレスレベルの上昇を計算して、ストレスデータを生成し、表示のために通信トランシーバで送信する。

Claims (3)
- 操作装置における振動の測定方法において、
3軸加速度計、デジタル信号プロセッサ、および通信トランシーバからなる振動センサに接続された制御ユニットを有する操作装置を用意するステップと、
前記3軸加速度計の各軸についての振動データを決定するステップと、
前記各軸についての振動データを荷重関数でフィルタリングしてフィルタリングデータを生成するステップと、
オペレータに関連するストレスレベルデータを決定するステップと、
前記デジタル信号プロセッサで、前記オペレータのストレスレベルデータに対する前記フィルタリングデータの瞬間の影響を計算するステップと、
前記デジタル信号プロセッサで、前記オペレータの瞬間ストレスレベルデータを蓄積して、一定の時間間隔に亘るストレスレベルデータを決定するステップと、
一定の時間間隔における前記オペレータのストレスレベルの上昇を計算して、ストレスデータを生成するステップと、
このストレスデータを、前記通信トランシーバを介して送信するステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 荷重関数は、オペレータに関連している、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ストレスデータを、処理装置に送信する、請求項1に記載の方法。
