Abstract
【解決手段】上記小径段部9bの基端部に、この小径段部9bの基端側に向かう程外径寸法が大きくなる方向に傾斜したテーパ面部17を設ける。この様な構成を採用する事により、上記課題を解決する。

Description
特に、本発明の車輪支持用ハブユニットに於いては、上記小径段部の外周面の基端部に、この小径段部の基端側に向かう程外径寸法が大きくなる方向に傾斜したテーパ面部を設けている。これと共に、上記内輪の軸方向端部内周面の形状を、このテーパ面部に当接若しくは近接対向する形状としている。
尚、本発明を実施する場合に好ましくは、上記テーパ面部の両端縁と、上記小径段部の中間部端縁及び上記段差面の内周縁とを、それぞれ断面円弧形の隅R部を介して滑らかに連続させる。
図1〜2は、本発明の実施の形態の第1例を示している。尚、本例の特徴は、軸部材であるハブ2cに設けた小径段部9bの形状、及び、この小径段部9bに外嵌した内輪3bの形状を工夫した点にある。その他の部分の構造及び作用は、前述の図7に示した従来構造の第3例の場合と同様である。この為、重複する説明は省略若しくは簡略にし、以下、本例の特徴部分を中心に説明する。
次に、図4は、本発明の実施の形態の第2例を示している。本例の場合には、ハブ2dの小径段部9cの基端部(軸方向外端部)に、多段テーパ面部を設けている。即ち、この小径段部9cの基端部に、勾配の異なる3つのテーパ面部17a、17b、17cを、軸方向内側から軸方向外側に向け、勾配が小さい順に並べて設けている。そして、上記小径段部9cの中間部外端縁と、上記各テーパ面部の両端縁と、段差面12の内周縁とを、それぞれ断面円弧形の隅R部14a、14b、14c、14dを介して滑らかに連続させている。その他の構成及び作用は、上述した実施の形態の第1例の場合と同様である。

Claims (1)
- 軸部材の軸方向一端部若しくは軸方向一端部乃至中間部に設けた円筒状の外周面を有する小径段部に内輪を外嵌すると共に、この内輪の軸方向端面をこの小径段部の基端縁に存在する円輪状の段差面に当接若しくは近接対向させた状態で、この内輪を上記軸部材に結合固定している車輪支持用ハブユニットに於いて、上記小径段部の外周面の基端部に、この小径段部の基端側に向かう程外径寸法が大きくなる方向に傾斜したテーパ面部を設けると共に、上記内輪の軸方向端部内周面の形状を、このテーパ面部に当接若しくは近接対向する形状とした事を特徴とする車輪支持用ハブユニット。
