Abstract
【解決手段】炭素数が9(C9)以上の炭化水素を実質的な量分含有する供給ストリームから、1つ以上の高純度キシレン異性体を生成および回収するためのプロセス。この供給ストリームは処理されて重質芳香族化合物が脱エチル化され、分画され、そしてC8芳香族異性体の回収および異性化から成る循環プロセスへと通過し、低エネルギーコストで高純度キシレン異性体を回収する。

Description
Claims (10)
- アルキル芳香族炭化水素によって構成され、メチルエチルベンゼンを0.5重量%以上含む炭素数が9(C9)以上の炭化水素を1.0重量%以上含む供給ストリームから、1つ以上の高純度キシレン異性体を生成及び回収するためのプロセスにおいて、前記プロセスが、
(a)前記供給ストリームを、重質芳香族化合物転化条件下の重質芳香族化合物転化領域において、水素の存在下で重質芳香族化合物転化触媒と接触させ、前記供給ストリーム中よりもメチルエチルベンゼンの含有量が少ない脱エチル化芳香族ストリームを得るステップと、
(b)この脱エチル化芳香族ストリームを分画し、C8芳香族化合物から成る中間ストリームから炭素数が7(C7)以下の炭化水素から成る軽質生成物及び炭素数が9(C9)以上の炭化水素から成る重質生成物を分離するステップと、
(c)前記中間ストリームの少なくとも一部を、異性化ストリームと共に異性体回収プロセスにて処理して少なくとも1つの高純度キシレン異性体を回収し、未回収C8芳香族異性体から成るC8芳香族ラフィネートストリームを生成するステップと、そして
(d)前記C8芳香族ラフィネートストリームの少なくとも一部を、異性化条件下の異性化領域において異性化触媒と接触させ、前記C8芳香族ラフィネートストリーム中よりも高い濃度で少なくとも1つのキシレン異性体を含む異性化ストリームを得るステップと
で構成されるプロセス。 - 異性化領域中の全C8芳香族ラフィネートストリームを処理するステップで構成される請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 前記重質芳香族化合物転化条件が、100〜600℃の温度、100 kPa〜5 MPaの圧力、及び0.5〜50 hr-1の液空間速度といった条件によって構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 前記重質芳香族化合物転化触媒が、少なくとも1つの金属成分を0.01〜2重量%、少なくとも1つのモレキュラーシーブを10〜90重量%、及び無機酸化物結合剤を含んでおり、また前記異性化触媒が、少なくとも1つのゼオライト系アルミノシリケートを10〜99重量%及び無機酸化物結合剤を含んでおり、そして白金族金属を実質上含んでいないことを特徴とする請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 前記ステップ(d)が、前記C8芳香族ラフィネートストリームの少なくとも一部を、異性化条件下の異性化領域で、最小限の水素の存在下で異性化触媒と接触させるステップによって構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 前記ステップ(d)が、前記C8芳香族ラフィネートストリームの少なくとも一部を、異性化条件下の液相の異性化領域において、実質的に水素の存在しない条件下で異性化触媒と接触させるステップによって構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 前記供給ストリームが、接触改質物を分画して、軽質改質物及び重質改質物供給ストリームを得るステップによって生成され、前記重質改質物供給ストリームが、アルキル芳香族炭化水素で構成され、メチルエチルベンゼンを0.5重量%以上含む炭素数が9(C9)以上の炭化水素を1.0重量%以上含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のプロセス。
- さらに、前記軽質改質物ストリームを、芳香族化合物抽出ステップ及び分別ステップにおいて処理し、非芳香族ラフィネートからベンゼン、トルエン及びトルエン−塔底ストリームを分離するステップと、
炭素数が9(C9)以上の炭化水素から成る重質生成物及びトルエンの少なくとも一部を、トランスアルキル化領域において、トランスアルキル化条件下でトランスアルキル化触媒と接触させ、トランスアルキル化生成物を得るステップと、そして
前記トランスアルキル化生成物を分画し、炭素数が7(C7)以下のストリーム、中間ストリーム及び炭素数が9(C9)以上のストリームを分離するステップと
で構成される請求項7記載のプロセス。 - さらに、前記炭素数が9(C9)以上のストリームを分画し、トランスアルキル化領域への追加供給物としてのC9芳香族化合物ストリーム及び炭素数が10(C10)以上のストリームを得るステップで構成される請求項8記載のプロセス。
- さらに、前記C8芳香族ラフィネートストリームの一部を前記重質芳香族化合物転化領域において処理するステップによって構成される請求項8記載のプロセス。
