Description
本出願は、その全内容が参照により本明細書に援用される2016年4月14日に出願された米国特許出願第62,322,672号の優先権を主張するものである。
請求される主題の分野は、概して、液相異性化技術に関する。より詳細には、本分野は、異性化触媒が、UZM−54、バインダーを含み、金属を含まず、反応器出口部での気液分離の必要性が排除される水素の完全な非存在下での液相異性化に関する。
本明細書で用いられる場合、「ゾーン」の用語は、1つ以上の装置各部、及び/又は1つ以上のサブゾーンを含む領域を意味し得る。装置各部は、1つ以上の反応器又は反応容器、ヒーター、分離器、交換器、パイプ、ポンプ、コンプレッサー、及びコントローラーを含み得る。加えて、反応器又は容器などの装置各部は、1つ以上のゾーン又はサブゾーンをさらに含み得る。

Claims (10)
- アルキル芳香族フィード混合物の異性化のための、C8異性化ゾーンにおいて前記アルキル芳香族フィード混合物を接触させることを含む方法であって、前記C8異性化ゾーンは、UZM−54、バインダーを含み、金属は存在しない触媒と前記アルキル芳香族フィード混合物が、異性化条件下、液相中、実質的に水素の非存在下で接触して生成物流を生成する異性化ステージを含む、方法。
- 前記バインダーが、アルミナであってよい、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒が、50重量%から90重量%のUZM−54を含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒が、70重量%のUZM−54を含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記異性化条件が、200℃から320℃の温度を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記異性化条件が、LPIフィードを液相に維持するのに充分な圧力を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記異性化条件が、1時間−1から15時間−1の毎時重量空間速度を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記生成物流が、20重量%から24重量%のパラキシレン対キシレン比を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記生成物流が、23重量%のパラキシレン対キシレン比を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、固定床反応器で行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
