Claims (11)
- ベンゼン及びパラキシレンを触媒改質ガソリン・ストリームから生産するプロセスであって、前記プロセスが:
(a)前記改質ガソリン・ストリームを第1のオレフィン飽和ゾーンへオプションとして供給し、そこで、前記ストリームが、オレフィン飽和触媒にオレフィン飽和条件下で接触して、オレフィンのために処理される改質ガソリン・ストリームを産生するステップと;
(b)前記改質ガソリン・ストリームを、トランスアルキル化生成物ストリームの少なくとも一部と混合して、混合ストリームを形成するステップと;
(c)前記ステップ(b)の混合ストリームをベンゼン-トルエン分留ゾーンで分離して、ベンゼンを豊富に含んでいるストリーム、トルエンを豊富に含んでいるストリーム、及びキシレンをさらに豊富に含んでいるストリームを産生するステップと;
(d)前記ベンゼンを豊富に含んでいるストリームを抽出蒸留ゾーンへ送り、ラフィネート・ストリーム、及び前記プロセスから生成物ストリームとして回収されるベンゼン生成物を産生するステップと;
(e)前記トルエンを豊富に含んでいるストリームを、C9及びC10アルキル芳香族化合物を豊富に含んでいるストリームと混合するステップであって、前記C 9 及びC 10 アルキル芳香族化合物を豊富に含んでいるストリームはキシレン・カラムから抜き出されることを特徴とするステップと;
(f)前記ステップ(e)の混合されたストリームをトランスアルキル化ゾーンへ送り、そこで、前記ストリームが、金属安定トランスアルキル化触媒とトランスアルキル化条件下で接触して、ステップ(b)のトランスアルキル化生成物ストリームを産生するステップと;
(g)前記ステップ(c)のキシレンをさらに豊富に含んでいるストリームをキシレン分留ゾーンで分離して、オーバーヘッド・キシレン・ストリーム、及びステップ(e)のC9及びC10アルキル芳香族化合物を豊富に含んでいるキシレン・カラムからのストリームを産生するステップと;そして
(h)前記改質オーバーヘッド・キシレン・ストリームをパラキシレン分離ゾーンへ送り、そこでキシレンが、前記プロセスの生成物ストリームとして回収されるパラキシレンを豊富に含んでいる生成物ストリームに濃縮されるステップとで、
構成されるプロセス。 - 前記改質ガソリン・ストリームが、ナフサ供給原料から:
ナフサ供給原料ストリームを水素化処理ゾーンに供給し、それによって供給原料が水素化処理触媒に水素化処理条件で接触させられて、水素化処理されたナフサ・ストリームを産生し;その水素化処理されたナフサ・ストリームが改質ゾーンへ送られ、改質触媒に改質条件下で接触して、芳香族化合物及びライト・エンド炭化水素で構成される触媒改質ガソリン・ストリームを産生し;その触媒改質ガソリン・ストリームが、トランスアルキル化ストリッパー-オーバーヘッド液体ストリームと混合され、その混合されたストリームが、前記プロセス及び改質ガソリン・ストリームとしての脱ブタン芳香族ストリームから除去されるライト・エンド炭化水素生成物ストリームを産生するデブタナイザー分留ゾーンで分離され;トランスアルキル化ストリッパー-ボトム・ストリームが、混合されたストリーム中のトランスアルキル化ゾーン生成物ストリームの少なくとも一部を供給し;トランスアルキル化生成物ストリームが、トランスアルキル化ストリッパー分留ゾーンで分離されて、トランスアルキル化ストリッパー-オーバーヘッド液体ストリーム及びトランスアルキル化ストリッパー-ボトム・ストリームを産生し;前記キシレンをさらに豊富に含んでいるストリームが、デヘプタナイザー・ボトム・ストリームと混合され、その混合されたストリームが、前記プロセスから除去されるC11アルキル芳香族化合物を豊富に含んでいるボトム・ストリームを付加的に産生するキシレン分留ゾーンで分離され;オーバーヘッド-キシレン-スプリッタ・ストリームが、メタキシレンで構成されるパラキシレン分離ゾーン処理液ストリームを付加的に産生するパラキシレン分離ゾーンへ送られ;そのパラキシレン分離ゾーン処理液ストリームが、キシレン異性化ゾーンへ送られ、異性化触媒と異性化条件下で接触して、異性化生成物を産生し;その異性化生成物が、少なくとも1つのデヘプタナイザー・カラム、及びオプションとして少なくとも1つの飽和ゾーンで構成されるデヘプタナイザー分留ゾーンで分離され;そして、そのデヘプタナイザー分留ゾーンが、デヘプタナイザー・ボトム・ストリームを産生すること、
によって産生されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプロセス。 - 前記デヘプタナイザー・ゾーンが、オーバーヘッド液体ストリーム及び触媒改質ガソリン・ストリームを付加的に産生し、前記トランスアルキル化ストリッパー-オーバーヘッド液体ストリームが、デヘプタナイザーからのオーバーヘッド液体ストリームと混合されることを特徴とする請求項2記載のプロセス。
- 前記オレフィン飽和触媒が、ニッケルまたは白金族成分、及び無機酸化物成分で構成され、そして、前記オレフィン飽和条件は、温度が20℃から200℃、圧力が5から70 kg/cm2、及び水素対オレフィンの化学量論的比率が1:1から5:1で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記金属安定トランスアルキル化触媒が、ゼオライト成分、金属成分、及び無機酸化物成分で構成され、そして、金属成分が、好ましくは、白金、パラジウム、ロジウム、ルテニウム、オスミウム、及びイリジウム、レニウム、スズ、ゲルマニウム、鉛、コバルト、ニッケル、インジウム、ガリウム、亜鉛、ウラニウム、ジスプロシウム、タリウム及びそれらの混合物で構成される群から選択され、選択される金属群成分が、好ましくはレニウムであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ゼオライト成分が、ペンタシル・ゼオライト、ベータ・ゼオライト、モルデン沸石、またはそれらの混合物で構成される群から選択され、そして、ゼオライト成分が好ましくはモルデン沸石であり、より好ましくは無機酸化物成分がアルミナであることを特徴とする請求項5記載のプロセス。
- 前記トランスアルキル化条件が、200℃から540℃の温度、1から60 kg/cm2までの圧力、及び0.1から20時間-1までの1時間あたり液空間速度で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記水素化処理触媒が、コバルト酸化物またはニッケル酸化物の成分、モリブデン酸化物またはタングステン酸化物の成分、及び無機酸化物担体の成分で構成され、そして、前記水素化処理条件は、1時間あたり液空間速度が1.0から5.0時間-1、水素対ナフサ供給原料の比率が50から135 Nm3/m3、及び圧力が10から35 kg/cm2で構成されることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載のプロセス。
- 前記改質条件が、1時間あたり液空間速度が1.0から5.0時間-1、水素対炭化水素の比率が、ナフサ1モルあたり水素1から10モル、及び圧力が2.5から35 kg/cm2で構成されることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載のプロセス。
- 前記デブタナイザー分留ゾーンが、少なくとも1つの安定器カラム及び少なくとも1つのオレフィン飽和ゾーンで構成され、好ましくは前記オレフィン飽和ゾーンが、ニッケル及びアルミナ触媒で構成されることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載のプロセス。
- 前記異性化触媒が、分子篩成分、金属成分及び無機酸化物成分で構成され、そして、前記異性化条件が、0℃から600℃までの範囲の温度、大気圧から50 kg/cm3までの圧力、及び1時間あたり液炭化水素空間速度が0.1から30時間-1で構成されることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載のプロセス。
