Description
Claims (10)
- 硫黄含有ナフサ原料からの硫黄化合物の除去方法であって、
(1)前記原料を、触媒有効量の水素化触媒および水素と、前記原料中のオレフィンの少なくとも50wt%が残存し、前記原料中の硫黄化合物の少なくとも95wt%が転化される水素化条件下で接触させて、水素化流出物を製造する工程;
(2)前記水素化流出物を、メルカプタン除去剤と接触させて、第二の流出物を製造する工程であって、前記第二の流出物は、前記第二の流出物の重量を基準として全硫黄30wppm未満を含む工程;および
(3)前記第二の流出物を、有効量の反応性金属を無機担体上に含む吸着剤と接触させてナフサ生成物を製造する工程であって、前記ナフサ生成物は、前記ナフサ生成物の重量を基準として全硫黄10wppm未満を含む工程
を含むことを特徴とする硫黄化合物の除去方法。 - 前記水素化触媒は、Ni、Co、MoおよびWよりなる群から選択される少なくとも一種を、アルミナ担体上に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の硫黄化合物の除去方法。
- 前記水素化触媒は、前記触媒の重量を基準として1〜10wt%の濃度のMoO3および前記触媒の重量を基準として0.1〜5wt%の濃度のCoOを含み、Co/Mo原子比0.1〜1.0を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の硫黄化合物の除去方法。
- 前記工程(1)の水素化条件は、温度200〜425℃、圧力525〜5617kPa、液空間速度0.1〜15時−1および水素供給速度178〜1068m3/m3を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の硫黄化合物の除去方法。
- 前記メルカプタン除去剤は、第二の水素化工程;化学または物理吸着、苛性アルカリ抽出;脱圧;熱処理;および膜分離よりなる群から選択される少なくとも一つであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の硫黄化合物の除去方法。
- 前記第二の水素化工程は、第二の水素化条件を含み、前記第二の水素化条件は、温度が工程(1)のそれより少なくとも10℃高く、液空間速度が工程(1)のそれより1.5倍大きいことを除いて、工程(1)の水素化条件であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の硫黄化合物の除去方法。
- 前記工程(2)でオレフィンの少なくとも75wt%が残存することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の硫黄化合物の除去方法。
- 前記反応性金属は、第1、2および5〜12族よりなる群から選択される少なくとも一種の金属を含み、前記反応性金属は、水素の非存在下で機能することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに硫黄化合物の除去方法。
- 前記ナフサ生成物は硫黄5wppm未満を含み、前記反応性金属はニッケルであり、前記担体は、金属酸化物、炭素およびクレーよりなる群から選択される一つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の硫黄化合物の除去方法。
- 前記工程(3)は、工程(1)および(2)から離れた位置で行なわれることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の硫黄化合物の除去方法。
