Abstract
【解決手段】第1の部材及び第2の部材(12, 14)で構成されるスペーサを具備した椎間用インプラントであって、前記二つの部材の一方に固着された第1のクリップ留め手段(54, 56)と、他方の部材に固着されて第1のクリップ留め手段と協働し二つの部材間で開放可能なクリップ留め作業を実現するように適合させた第2のクリップ留め手段(49, 50)と、クリップ留め作業中に二つの部材(12, 14)を案内するためのガイド手段とを備えた相互組立て手段が前記二つの部材に設けられおり、前記ガイド手段はクリップ留め手段とは異なっており、かつ前記二つの部材の一方に固着された実質的に形状安定の第1のガイド体(42, 44)と、他方の部材に固着されて、第1のガイド体と協働する実質的に形状安定の第2のガイド体(46, 48)とを具備する。

Description
前記二つの部材の一方に固着された第1のクリップ留め手段と、
他方の部材に固着され、第1のクリップ留め手段と協働し、クリップ留め方向に向かって二つの部材間で開放可能なクリップ留め作業を実現するように適合させた第2のクリップ留め手段であって、前記第1と第2のクリップ留め手段が二つの部材で一体的な部分を形成する第2のクリップ留め手段と、
クリップ留め作業中に二つの部材を案内するためのガイド手段とを具備し、このガイド手段はクリップ留め手段とは個別に構成され、かつ、
前記二つの部材の一方に固着された実質的に形状安定の第1のガイド体と、
他方の部材に固着され、第1のガイド体と協働し、前記クリップ留め方向に沿って二つの部材の相互案内を可能にし、又、クリップ留め方向に直交する平面において二つの部材の相対的な位置決めを可能にする実質的に形状安定の第2のガイド体とを備えていることを特徴とする。
Claims (7)
- 相互組立て手段を設けた第1の部材及び第2の部材(12, 14)で構成されるスペーサ(10)を有する椎間用インプラントであって、
前記相互組立て手段が、
前記二つの部材の一方に固着された第1のクリップ留め手段(54, 56)と、
他方の部材に固着され、第1のクリップ留め手段と協働し、クリップ留め方向に向かって二つの部材間で開放可能なクリップ留め作業を実現するように適合させた第2のクリップ留め手段(49, 50)であって、前記第1と第2のクリップ留め手段が二つの部材で一体的な部分を形成する第2のクリップ留め手段と、
クリップ留め作業中に二つの部材を案内するためのガイド手段と、
を具備しており、
該ガイド手段はクリップ留め手段とは個別に構成され、かつ、
前記二つの部材の一方に固着された実質的に形状安定の第1のガイド体(42, 44)と、
他方の部材に固着され、第1のガイド体と協働し、前記クリップ留め方向に沿って二つの部材の相互案内を可能にし、又クリップ留め方向に直交する平面において二つの部材の相対的な位置決めを可能にする実質的に形状安定の第2のガイド体(46, 48)と、
を備えることを特徴とする椎間用インプラント。 - 請求項1に記載の椎間用インプラントであって、
前記二つの部材(12, 14)の各々は、部材が組み合わされるときに互いに押圧し合う組立て面(24, 40)を有することを特徴とする椎間用インプラント。 - 請求項2に記載の椎間用インプラントであって、
第1のクリップ留め手段が、組立て表面(24)の両側に配置されており実質的に形状安定の少なくとも二つの雄型のクリップ留め部材(54, 56)を備え、
また第2のクリップ留め手段が、組立て表面(40)の両側に配置されており弾性的に変形可能な少なくとも二つの雌型のクリップ留め部材(49, 50)を備えることを特徴とする椎間用インプラント。 - 請求項2又は3に記載の椎間用インプラントであって、
前記ガイド体が、
一方の部材の組立て面(40)から突き出た少なくとも一のガイド用スタッド(42, 44)と、
他方の部材の組立て面(24)の中に開口する少なくとも一の孔(46, 48)とを備えることを特徴とする椎間用インプラント。 - 請求項2から4のいずれか一に記載の椎間用インプラントであって、
前記第1のガイド体が二つのガイド用スタッド(42, 44)を備え、
また第2のガイド体が二つの孔(46, 48)を備えることを特徴とする椎間用インプラント。 - 請求項2から5のいずれか一に記載の椎間用インプラントであって、
前記二つの部材(12, 14)の各々が二つのクリップ留め手段(49, 50, 54, 56)を含むことを特徴とする椎間用インプラント。 - 請求項2から6のいずれか一に記載の椎間用インプラントであって、
前記二つの部材(14)のうち第1の部材が、組立て面(40)に対向する外面(26b)を有しており、
さらに第1の部材が、
二つの棘突起上で前記スペーサ(10)を係止するための二つの組み紐(T1, T2)と、
前記組み紐のうち一つの外面に係止手段を備える戻り止め式要素(16)と
を備え、
各組み紐が、
戻り止め式要素(16)とは別個に設けられた前記二つの部材(12, 14)に固着された第1の端部と、
前記戻り止め式要素において係合可能な第2の端部とを有することを特徴とする椎間用インプラント。
