Claims (11)
- 印刷機械を洗浄するための洗浄材料において、強度と耐摩耗性を備えるために互いに接合されたほぼ連続的な熱可塑性のフィラメントから形成されるスパンバンド不織布を備え、前記スパンボンド不織布は、少なくとも5,000g/インチの機械方向における引張り強度と、40gsm〜125gsmの範囲内の坪量とを有し、前記スパンボンド不織布は、ロールの形状に巻装され、低揮発性洗浄組成物が前記スパンボンド不織布の前記ロールに含浸されている
ことを特徴とする洗浄材料。 - 前記含浸されたスパンボンド不織布の前記ロールを包囲する密封包装体をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の洗浄材料。
- コアをさらに備え、前記コアの周囲に前記スパンボンド不織布がロールの形状に巻装されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の洗浄材料。
- 前記スパンボンド不織布は、熱的にポイント接合された不織布であることを特徴とする請求項1、2、又は3に記載の洗浄材料。
- 前記スパンボンド不織布の前記フィラメントは、ポリエステルフィラメントであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄材料。
- 前記スパンボンド不織布に含まれる前記洗浄組成物の量は、約20gsm〜200gsmの範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄材料。
- 前記洗浄組成物は、エステルを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄材料。
- 前記洗浄組成物は、界面活性剤を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の洗浄材料。
- 前記洗浄組成物は、130℃を超える引火点を有する炭化水素溶剤を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の洗浄材料。
- 前記スパンボンド不織布は、水柱0.5インチの差圧において、布の1平方フィートにつき、1分間に、空気が少なくとも100立方フィート通過するフラジール多孔率を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄材料。
- 前記スパンボンド不織布は、前記スパンボンド不織布の表面積の約10%〜40%を占めるポイント接合部を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄材料。
