Claims (14)
- 動脈において動くバルーンを有して前記動脈を示す一連の医療用血管造影図を取得及び表示をする医療用ビューイング装置であって:
バルーンの拡張の段階においてバルーン画像データを自動的に抽出する抽出手段と、前記拡張されたバルーン画像データに基づいて関心領域(ROI)の座標を自動的に定義付け且つ記憶する演算手段と、
前記画像を表示する表示手段と、
を有する処理手段を有し、
前記関心領域は、画像の前記拡張されたバルーンの域の周囲に定義付けられる、
医療用ビューイング装置。 - バルーン拡張の作用物質として造影剤を使用するバルーン拡張の段階においてバルーン画像データを自動的に抽出する抽出手段と、造影剤を有して拡張された前記バルーンの前記画像データに基づき且つ画像の前記拡張されたバルーンの域の周囲の関心領域(ROI)の座標を自動的に定義付け且つ記憶する演算手段と、
前記画像を表示する表示手段と、
を有する処理手段を有する、
請求項1記載の医療用ビューイング装置。 - 前記バルーンは、バルーンマーカーに対して結合され:
バルーンマーカーの候補を検出する検出手段と、
前記バルーンマーカー候補のトラックを維持し、且つ、前記マーカー候補の場所に基づいて更なるバルーン画像データの検出に対する前記候補を探す検出手段と、
前記検出されたバルーン画像データを自動的に抽出する抽出手段と、
を有する処理手段を有する、
請求項1又は2記載の医療用ビューイング装置。 - バルーンを示す一連の血管造影図に対して前に定義付けられたROIを適用するよう、前記自動的に前に定義付けられ且つ記憶された座標を使用し、前記バルーンに関連付けられたバルーンマーカーを抽出し、また、マーカーの場所に基づいてROIを登録するよう処理手段を有する、
請求項1乃至3のうちいずれか一項記載の医療用ビューイング装置。 - 他の一連の画像に対して前記前に定義付けられたROIを適用するよう前記自動的に前に定義付けられ且つ記憶された座標を使用し、動脈におけるステント移植の他の段階において、収縮したバルーンに関連付けられたバルーンマーカーを抽出し、前記段階ではステントは前記収縮したバルーンの周囲に巻かれ、また、マーカーの場所に基づいて前記ROIを登録するよう、処理手段を有する、
請求項1乃至3のうちいずれか一項記載の医療用ビューイング装置。 - 前記ステントをエンハンスする処理手段を有する
請求項4又は5記載の医療ビューイング装置。 - 前記エンハンス手段は、線状構造をエンハンスし且つ背景をぼかすようリッジエンハンスメント手段及び時間的一体化手段を有する、
請求項6記載の装置。 - 前記エンハンス手段は、関心領域上でズームするズーム手段を有する、
請求項6又は7記載の装置。 - 処理されるべき1つ又は複数のシーケンスを記憶するよう処理手段を有する、
請求項1乃至8のうちいずれか一項記載の装置。 - ROIを自動的に定義付けるよう膨張段階においてバルーンを示す第1のシーケンスを記憶するよう、また、前記前に定義付けられたROIを適用すること、バルーンマーカーの検出、及びROIにおけるマーカーに基づくROI登録に対して収縮したバルーンを示す第2のシーケンスを表示するよう、処理手段を有する、
請求項9記載の装置。 - 請求項1乃至10のうちいずれか一項記載の装置において使用される、
画像処理方法。 - 適切にプログラムされたコンピュータ、又は、画像を処理するよう配置される回路手段を有する特殊用途プロセッサを有し、請求項1乃至10のうちいずれか一項記載の装置において使用される、
装置。 - 請求項1乃至10のうちいずれか一項記載の装置において使用される画像処理方法を実行するよう一連の命令を有するコンピュータプログラム。
- 一連の医療用画像を取得する手段を有し、また、請求項1乃至10に従った前記一連の画像を処理及び表示する装置を有する、
医療用検査機器。
