Abstract
Description
供給物を一組のセルの中間点で注入するステップと、
より軽い溶媒が装置の第1の端部を通して注入されて第1の成分が装置の第2の端部で収集される第1の期間中の第1段階と、より重い溶媒が第2の端部を通して注入されて第2の成分が第1の端部で収集される第2の期間中の第2段階との2つ段階のサイクルを切り換えることを行うステップと、
を有することを本質的に特徴としている。
Claims (7)
- 少なくとも一組の分離セル(CE)の一連の相互接続からなる少なくとも1つの液体−液体遠心クロマトグラフィー用カラム(col)を有する装置内で、分配係数が異なる少なくとも2つの成分(A,B)の溶液状の供給物の成分を、それらの成分が軽い溶媒とより重い溶媒とによってそれぞれ異なる速度で運ばれるようにして分離する方法において、
前記供給物を前記一組のセルの中間点で注入するステップと、
より軽い溶媒が前記装置の第1の端部を通して注入されて第1の成分が前記装置の第2の端部で収集される第1の期間(t1)中の第1段階と、より重い溶媒が前記第2の端部を通して注入されて第2の成分が前記第1の端部で収集される第2の期間(t2)中の第2段階との2つ段階のサイクルを切り換えることを行うステップと、
を有することを特徴とする、分配係数が異なる少なくとも2つの成分の溶液の供給物の成分を分離する方法。 - 前記第1および第2の段階のそれぞれの前記期間(t1,t2)および/または前記より軽い溶媒およびより重い溶媒の注入速度を、最適な分離を得るために前記混合物の前記成分によって調節する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 数段のカスケード分離を行って、3つ以上の成分を有している混合物の様々な成分を互いに分離する、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 一方では第1の光学異性体を得て、他方では第2の光学異性体とキラルセレクタとの混合物を得るために、2つの光学異性体とキラルセレクタとを有する供給物を第1の装置内に注入することと、前記混合物を前記第1の装置から前記第2の光学異性体と前記キラルセレクタとの分離に適している第2の装置内に注入することとによって、前記2つの光学異性体を分離する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記供給物は連続してまたは不連続に注入される、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一組の分離セル(CE)の一連の相互接続からなる少なくとも1つの液体−液体遠心クロマトグラフィー用カラム(col)を有し、分配係数が異なる少なくとも2つの成分(A,B)の溶液状の供給物の成分を、それらの成分が軽い溶媒とより重い溶媒とによってそれぞれ異なる速度で運ばれるようにして連続的に分離する装置において、
各カラムは、一連の前記セルの中間点で前記供給物を注入する第1のポンプ(P1)と、前記カラムの第1の端部を第1の成分(FA)を収集する第1の容器または第1の溶媒(L)を注入する第2のポンプ(P2)に接続する第1の弁(V1)と、前記カラムの第2の端部を第2の成分(FB)を収集する第2の容器または第2の溶媒(l)を注入する第3のポンプ(P3)に接続する第2の弁(V2)と、前記第1の溶媒(L)の注入と分離された前記第2の成分(FB)の受け入れとを含む第1段階から前記第2の溶媒(l)の注入と分離された前記第1の成分(FA)との受け入れとを含む第2段階へ交互に切り換えるように交互の弁(V1,V2)を切り換える手段と、ポンプの流速を制御する手段と、に組み合わされていることを特徴とする、分配係数が異なる少なくとも2つの成分の溶液の供給物の成分を連続的に分離する装置。 - 少なくとも3つの異なる成分を有している混合物の成分を分離する少なくとも2つのカスケード分離カラムを有している、請求項6に記載の装置。
