Description
実例1の反応性液体組成物を石群に注入すると、石の質量(rock mass)がもつヒートシンク(heat sink)作用により、反応に及ぼす影響は極めて大きかった。第2の実験に用いた土壌固結用組成物は、以下の成分を用いて調製した。
水発泡剤を使用せずに、上記の実験を繰り返し実施した。石/ポリマーの最終の塊は固体であるが、組成物を注入して反応が起こった後、石群の移動は殆ど起こらなかった。これは、反応性組成物が所定位置で膨張せず、小石を押圧しなかったためであり、反応性組成物が石群の周りに移動し、石群の間の空間に進入したためである。
Claims (21)
- 粒体群を固結する方法であって、
反応性組成物を粒体群に導入し、
前記反応性組成物を反応させて、ポリマーを形成すること、を含んでおり、
前記反応性組成物は、ポリメリックMDIとB側成分を含んでおり、
前記B側成分は、約35重量%〜約45重量%のアミン系ポリエーテルポリオール、約15重量%〜約35重量%のポリグリコール、及び約20重量%〜約45重量%の2,2,4-トリメチル-1,2-ペンタンジオールジイソブチレートを含んでいる、方法。 - 組成物は有機錫触媒をさらに含んでいる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 組成物はアミン触媒をさらに含んでいる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 組成物は水をさらに含んでいる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 組成物はハイドロフルオロカーボン発泡剤をさらに含んでいる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 組成物は炭化水素発泡剤をさらに含んでいる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 組成物はシリコーン系界面活性剤をさらに含んでいる請求項1に記載の方法。
- ポリマーはポリウレタン発泡体を含んでいる請求項1に記載の方法。
