Abstract

Claims (9)
- 濾過構造体(11)、特に内燃機関の排気ガス用粒子フィルタであって、
−少なくとも第1及び第2の濾材(15A、15B)にして、各濾材(15A、15B)が少なくとも3つの側面(24)によって互いに接続された入口面(21)及び排出面(23)を有し、前記第1及び第2の濾材(15A、15B)がそれぞれ互いに対向して配置された第1及び第2の側面(24A、24B)を有する前記濾材と、
−前記面(24A、24B)を接続し、前記面(24A、24B)の間に延びるシール(17)とを備え、
第1の側面(24A)が前記シール(17)に付着しない又はほんの少しだけ付着する第1の領域(region)(35A)を少なくとも備え、該領域(35A)が、第2の側面(24B)の前記シール(17)に強く付着する第1の領域(33B)と対向して延び、付着しない又はほんの少しだけ付着する前記第1の領域(35A)が、第1の面(24A)及び排出面(23)に共通の縁部(37)の少なくとも一部によって境界付けられるタイプの濾過構造体において、

前記辺部(41A)と前記共通の縁部(37)によって形成される角度(α)が約50°と等しいか又はそれ以下であることを特徴とする、濾過構造体。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の濾過構造体(11)において、
前記シール(17)に付着しない又はほんの少しだけ付着する前記第1の領域(35A)が、前記共通の縁部(37)の全長に実質的に沿って延びることを特徴とする、濾過構造体。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の濾過構造体(11)において、
前記シール(17)に付着しない又はほんの少しだけ付着する前記第1の領域(35A)が、三角形によって境界付けられることを特徴とする、濾過構造体。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の濾過構造体(11)において、
前記第1の側面(24A)が前記シール(17)に付着しない又はほんの少しだけ付着する第3の領域(35C)を備え、該領域(35C)が、前記シール(17)に付着しない又はほんの少しだけ付着する第1の領域(35A)とは別個であり、少なくとも部分的に前記共通の縁部(37)によって境界付けられ、かつ排出面(23)の方に拡開する少なくとも1つの辺部(41C)を備え、この辺部(41C)が前記共通の縁部(37)まで延びることを特徴とする、濾過構造体。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の濾過構造体(11)において、

前記第1の濾材(15A)が、第3の濾材(15G)の第4の側面(24G)と対向して配置された第3の側面(24H)を有し、該第3の側面(24H)が前記シール(17)に強く付着する第5の領域(33H)を少なくとも備え、該領域(33H)が第3の面(24H)と排出面(23)とに共通の排出縁部(81)によって少なくとも部分的に境界付けられ、かつ
前記排出縁部(81)に隣接した区域で、前記シール(17)に強く付着する第5の領域(33H)が排出面(23)の方に拡開する少なくとも1つの辺部(41H)を備え、この辺部(41H)が前記排出縁部(81)まで延び、前記シール(17)に強く付着する第5の領域(33H)が、前記第4の面(24G)の、前記シール(17)に付着しない又はほんの少しだけ付着する第5の領域(35G)と対向して配置されることを特徴とする、濾過構造体。 - 請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の濾過構造体(11)を備えることを特徴とする、排気管路(13)。
