Claims (24)
- パルス酸素濃度計センサにおける発光要素の駆動電流を制御する駆動インターフェースと、
該パルス酸素濃度計センサおよび、パルス酸素濃度計信号の信号−ノイズ比としきい値との間の比較の結果に基づいて、該発光要素の該駆動電流をダイナミックに調整する該駆動インターフェースの周りに結合されるフィードバックループとを備えるパルス酸素濃度計システムであって、
該パルス酸素濃度計信号は該パルス酸素濃度計センサにおける光検出器によって生成される、パルス酸素濃度計システム。 - 前記パルス酸素濃度計信号の前記信号−ノイズ比が最大しきい値より大きい場合、前記フィードバックループが前記発光要素の前記駆動電流を減少させ、該パルス酸素濃度計信号の該信号−ノイズ比が最小しきい値より小さい場合、該フィードバックループが該発光要素の該駆動電流を増加させる、請求項1に記載のパルス酸素濃度計システム。
- 前記フィードバックループが、
前記パルス酸素濃度計信号の前記信号−ノイズ比を算出するパルス検出ブロックと、
該パルス酸素濃度計信号の該信号−ノイズ比と前記しきい値との前記比較を実行する比較器とをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のパルス酸素濃度計システム。 - 前記パルス検出ブロックが、第1の出力を生成するために前記パルス酸素濃度計信号の導関数の移動平均を算出し、第2の出力を生成するために該第1の出力の移動平均を算出し、第3の出力を生成するために該第2の出力の移動平均を算出し、第3の出力の移動最小値および移動最大値を識別する、請求項3に記載のパルス酸素濃度計システム。
- 前記パルス検出ブロックが、収縮期を識別する第4の出力を生成するために、前記第3の出力の前記移動最小値および前記移動最大値を、該第3の出力の該移動最小値と該移動最大値とのスケールされた合計と比較する、請求項4に記載のパルス酸素濃度計システム。
- 前記パルス酸素濃度計システムが、前記パルス酸素濃度計信号の信号成分を生成するために、パルス認定テストを使用して誤検出を前記第4の出力から取り除く、請求項5に記載のパルス酸素濃度計システム。
- 前記パルス酸素濃度計システムが、前記第4の出力における収縮期面積、幅、およびサブピークの数を第1のしきい値と比較し、該第4の出力における拡張期面積、幅、およびサブピークの数を第2のしきい値と比較し、収縮期面積および幅を拡張期面積および幅と比較し、パルス面積および幅を第3のしきい値と比較する、請求項6に記載のパルス酸素濃度計システム。
- 前記パルス酸素濃度計システムが、前記第4の出力における収縮期面積、幅、およびサブピークの数と、該第4の出力における拡張期面積、幅、およびサブピークの数と、パルス面積および幅とをN検出された心拍と比較する、請求項6に記載のパルス酸素濃度計システム。
- 前記パルス酸素濃度計システムが、赤外パルス検出と赤パルス検出との間の遅延/リードタイムを比較し、パルスのサイズをN認定されたパルスと比較し、赤外信号と赤信号との間の移動平均の最良適合ラインプロットの統計的有効係数をしきい値と比較し、および飽和変化レートをしきい値と比較することによって、前記信号成分を生成するために追加の認定テストを実行する、請求項6に記載のパルス酸素濃度計システム。
- 前記パルス酸素濃度計システムが、前記信号−ノイズ比を算出するために、前記信号成分を決定されたノイズ成分と比較する、請求項6に記載のパルス酸素濃度計システム。
- 前記パルス酸素濃度計システムが、前記信号成分をノイズ成分と比較し、該ノイズ成分が、前記パルス酸素濃度計信号におけるノイズの連続的に更新される計測によって得られる、請求項6に記載のパルス酸素濃度計システム。
- プロセッサ資源の減少された量は、前記パルス酸素濃度計信号において酸素測定算出を実行することを要求される、請求項1に記載のパルス酸素濃度計システム。
- 前記パルス検出ブロックが、CPU、RAM、およびROMの効率的アルゴリズムを使用してパルスを検出および認定する、請求項6に記載のパルス酸素濃度計システム。
- パルス酸素濃度計センサにおける電力消費を減少させる方法であって、該方法は、
該パルス酸素濃度計センサにおける発光要素の駆動電流を提供することと、
該パルス酸素濃度計センサにおける光検出器によって生成されるパルス酸素濃度計信号の信号−ノイズ比を決定することと、
該パルス酸素濃度計信号の該信号−ノイズ比としきい値との間の比較の結果に基づいて該発光要素の該駆動電流をダイナミックに調整することと
を包含する、方法。 - 前記発光要素の前記駆動電流をダイナミックに調整することが、
前記パルス酸素濃度計信号の前記信号−ノイズ比が最小しきい値より小さい場合、該発光要素に提供される該駆動電流を増加させることと、
該パルス酸素濃度計信号の該信号−ノイズ比が最大しきい値より大きい場合、該発光要素に提供される該駆動電流を減少させることと
をさらに包含する、請求項14に記載の方法。 - 前記パルス酸素濃度計信号の前記信号−ノイズ比を決定することが、
第1の出力を生成するために該パルス酸素濃度計信号の導関数の移動平均を算出することと、
第2の出力を生成するために該第1の出力の移動平均を算出することと、
第3の出力を生成するために該第2の出力の移動平均を算出することと、
該第3の出力の移動最小値および移動最大値を識別することと
をさらに包含する、請求項15に記載方法。 - 前記パルス酸素濃度計信号の前記信号−ノイズ比を決定することが、
収縮期を識別する第4の出力を生成するために、前記第3の出力の前記移動最小値および前記移動最大値を、該第3の出力の該移動最小値と該移動最大値とのスケールされた合計と比較することをさらに包含する、請求項16に記載の方法。 - 前記パルス酸素濃度計信号の前記信号−ノイズ比を決定することが、
該パルス酸素濃度計信号の信号成分を生成するために、パルス認定テストを使用して誤検出を前記第4の出力から取り除くことをさらに包含する、請求項17に記載の方法。 - 前記パルス酸素濃度計信号の前記信号−ノイズ比を決定することが、
該信号−ノイズ比を算出するために、前記信号成分を決定されたノイズ成分と比較することをさらに包含する、請求項18に記載の方法。 - 前記パルス酸素濃度計信号の前記信号−ノイズ比を決定することが、

第1の出力を生成するために該パルス酸素濃度計信号の導関数の移動平均を算出することと、
第2の出力を生成するために該第1の出力の移動平均を算出することと、
第3の出力を生成するために該第2の出力の移動平均を算出することと、
該第3の出力の移動最小値および移動最大値を識別することと、
第4の出力を生成するために、該第3の出力の該移動最小値および該移動最大値を、該第3の出力の該移動最小値と該移動最大値とのスケールされた合計と比較することと、
該パルス酸素濃度計信号における収縮期遷移に対応する第5の出力を生成するために、パルス認定ルーチンを使用して該第4の出力における誤検出を取り除くことと
を包含する、方法。 - センサに結合されているシステムであって、該システムは、
該センサから電流信号を受信し、トランスインピーダンスゲインに基づいて該電流信号を電圧信号に変換するトランスインピーダンス増幅器と、
該電圧信号をデジタル信号に変換するアナログ−デジタル変換器と、
該センサにおける発光要素がオンまたはオフの場合において、該インピーダンス増幅器からの該電圧信号の大きさを示すフィードバック信号を提供するフィードバックループとを備えるシステムであって、
該トランスインピーダンスゲインは、該電圧信号における環境DCバイアスを適合させるために、該フィードバック信号に応答して調整される、システム。 - 前記センサが、光検出器を含むパルス酸素濃度計センサである、請求項22に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサからの前記信号の前記信号−ノイズ比を算出するパルス検出器と、
該信号−ノイズ比をしきい値と比較する比較器と、
前記発光要素の駆動電流を制御する駆動インターフェースと
をさらに備える、請求項22に記載のシステム。
