Claims (15)
- 組織内に高周波電流を伝えるように少なくとも一つの電極(10)を備え、該電極(10)が様々な拡張状態に拡張することが可能な立体的な本体として構成されるか、あるいはこのような本体(14)に結合される組織の間質凝固のための装置であって、連続的あるいは段階的な該本体(10、14)の拡張により該電極が凝固過程中組織と一定の電気的接触を保つことが可能となるような組織の間質凝固のための装置。
- 凝固電流に依存して、該本体(10、14)の拡張状態を制御するために制御装置(3)が提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の装置。
- 電極(10)と組織間の凝固電流の電流密度の調節を可能になるように、該制御装置(3)が配設および構成されることを特徴とする、前請求項の一つに記載で特に請求項2に記載の装置。
- 該制御装置(3)が本体の拡張状態とは無関係に電流密度の調整が可能なように設計されることを特徴とする、前請求項の一つに記載で特に請求項3に記載の装置。
- 測定装置(4)が本体(10、14)の拡張状態を測定するために提供されることを特徴とする、前請求項の一つに記載の装置。
- 導電性溶液を処置用電極(10)へと運ぶ液体用の供給装置(20)と同様に、液体に対して少なくともある程度の透過性があって、組織部分と接触させることができるような処置用電極(10)と、該処置用電極(10)を通して高周波処置電流を液体に伝えられるように、高周波凝固電流を該処置用電極(10)へ送るための電流供給装置(30、31)とを含むことを特徴とする、前請求項の一つに記載の装置。
- 該処置用電極(10)が、内部空間(13)が配設される内側(12)、すなわち組織と反対側の面、に伸縮自在あるいは折り畳みが不可能な表面構成要素(11)を含んでなり、該内部空間の内圧の増加により表面構成要素(11)が拡張されることができることを特徴とする、前請求項の一つに記載で特に請求項6に記載の装置。
- 表面構成要素(11)が輪あるいは球状の形をしていることを特徴とする、前請求項の一つに記載で特に請求項7に記載の装置。
- 該処置用電極(10、10’)がバルーン・カテーテルの形状で構成されることを特徴とする、前請求項の一つに記載で特に請求項6ないし8の一つに記載の装置。
- 該内部空間(13)が導電性溶液で満たされうることを特徴とする、前請求項の一つに記載で特に請求項7ないし9の一つに記載の装置。
- 該導電性溶液が、ポリビニル・ピロリドン(PVP)、界面活性剤、あるいは導電性溶液の粘性を変える同様の手段を含むことを特徴とする、前請求項の一つに記載で特に請求項6ないし10の一つに記載の装置。
- 該処置用電極(10、10’)がフィルム、布、あるいは織布を含み、好ましくは耐熱性素材、特にテトラフルオロエチレン素材でできていることを特徴とする、前請求項の一つに記載で特に請求項6ないし11の一つに記載の装置。
- 該内部空間(13)が、水圧により導電性溶液から分離された拡張可能な補助的な本体(14)を含むことと、好ましくは表面構成要素(11)が特に、液体が内層(15)では表面方向へ流動し、その一方外層(16)では表面方向に対し垂直に流れるような数層で構成され、さらに、好ましくは内層(15)と外層(16)の間に液体の流動に対してより大きな抵抗がある分離層(17)を配設することとを特徴とする前請求項の一つに記載で特に請求項7ないし12の一つに記載の装置。
- 液体(過剰の)を吸い出すための吸引装置(22、23)を特徴とする、前請求項の一つに記載の装置。
- 該電極(10)を切開電流が適用可能なように構成することを特徴とする、前請求項の一つに記載の装置。
