Claims (14)
- 組織内に高周波電流を伝えるように少なくとも一つの電極(10)を備え、該電極(10)が様々な拡張状態に拡張することが可能な立体的な本体として構成されるか、あるいは様々な拡張状態に拡張することが可能な立体的な本体(14)に結合される、組織の間質凝固のための装置であって、連続的あるいは段階的な該本体(10、14)の拡張により該電極が凝固過程中組織と一定の電気的接触を保つことが可能であり、
凝固電流に依存して、該本体(10、14)の拡張状態を制御するために制御装置(3)が提供され、
該制御装置(3)は、凝固電流の強さの減少に応じて、該本体(10、14)を拡張させる、組織の間質凝固のための装置。 - 電極(10)と組織間の凝固電流の電流密度の調節を可能になるように、該制御装置(3)が配設および構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 該制御装置(3)が本体の拡張状態とは無関係に電流密度の調整が可能なように設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 測定装置(4)が本体(10、14)の拡張状態を測定するために提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 液体に対して少なくともある程度の透過性があって、組織部分と接触させることができるような処置用電極(10)と、導電性溶液を該処置用電極(10)へと運ぶ液体用の供給装置(20)と、該処置用電極(10)を通して高周波処置電流を液体に伝えられるように、高周波凝固電流を該処置用電極(10)へ送るための電流供給装置(30、31)とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 該処置用電極(10)が、内部空間(13)が配設される内側(12)、すなわち組織と反対側の面、に伸縮自在な表面構成要素(11)を含んでなり、該内部空間の内圧の増加により表面構成要素(11)が拡張されることができることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 表面構成要素(11)が輪あるいは球状の形をしていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 該処置用電極(10、10’)がバルーン・カテーテルの形状で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項5乃至7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 該内部空間(13)が導電性溶液で満たされうることを特徴とする、請求項6乃至8のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 該導電性溶液が、ポリビニル・ピロリドン(PVP)、界面活性剤、あるいは導電性溶液の粘性を変える手段を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5乃至9のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 該処置用電極(10、10’)がフィルム、布、織布、耐熱性素材、テトラフルオロエチレン素材を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5乃至10のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 該内部空間(13)が、防水性で拡張可能な補助的な本体(14)を含み、該表面構成要素(11)は、内層(15)と外層(16)とを含み、該内層(15)の表面に沿った方向へ液体が流動し、該外層(16)の表面方向に対し垂直に液体が流れ、該内層(15)と該外層(16)の間に液体の流動に対して該内層(15)から該外層(16)の方向への流動が該内層(15)より大きな抵抗がある分離層(17)を配設することを特徴とする請求項6乃至11のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 液体を吸い出すための吸引装置(22、23)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 該電極(10)を切開電流が適用可能なように構成することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至13のいずれかに記載の装置。
