Claims (10)
- 内燃機関の位相を検出するための方法であって、内燃機関が、吸気システム(1)と、排気システム(4)と、少なくとも1つのカムシャフト(18,18′)と、少なくとも1つのセンサとを備えており、カムシャフト(18,18′)が、ガス交換弁に作用しており、クランクシャフト(8)に対するカムシャフト(18,18′)の位相が、位相調節装置(20)によって調節可能であり、センサの測定信号につき、検出される位相(PH_E)を検出して、内燃機関の位相を検出するための方法において、
−排気システム(4)から吸気システム(1)へのガスの逆流を認識するまで、位相調節装置(20)をカムシャフト(18,18′)の位相の調節の方向で制御し、
−この場合に割り当てられた検出された位相(PH_E)と、設定された設定位相(PH_G)とに関連して、補正値(KOR_E)を検出し、
−後続の運転中に、その都度検出される位相(PH_E)を補正値(KOR_E)に関連して補正する
ことを特徴とする、内燃機関の位相を検出するための方法。 - 排気システム(4)から吸気システム(1)へのガスの逆流を吸気管圧(P_IM)に関連して認識する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 排気システム(4)から吸気システム(1)へのガスの逆流を、吸気管圧(P_IM)が、設定された運転条件下で、設定可能な吸気管圧閾値(THD(P_IM))を上回った場合に認識する、請求項2記載の方法。
- 排気システム(4)から吸気システム(1)へのガスの逆流を、吸気管圧(P_IM)の所定の位置の振幅が、設定可能な脈動閾値(THD_PULS)を上回った場合に認識する、請求項2または3記載の方法。
- 排気システム(4)から吸気システム(1)へのガスの逆流を、吸気システム(1)内のガスの温度(T_IM)に関連して認識する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 排気システム(4)から吸気システム(1)へのガスの逆流を、吸気システム(1)内のガスの温度(T_IM)が、設定可能な温度閾値(THD_T_IM)を上回った場合に認識する、請求項5記載の方法。
- 排気システム(4)から吸気システム(1)へのガスの逆流を、排気システム(1)内の排ガスの温度に関連して、しかも、燃料の調量なしの内燃機関の運転状態の間、検出された温度が、排ガスが存在していないことを表す値から、排ガスが存在していることを表す値に変化する場合に認識する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 排気システム(4)から吸気システム(1)へのガスの逆流を、排気システム(1)内のガスの温度が、設定可能な別の温度閾値を上回った場合に認識する、請求項7記載の方法。
- 内燃機関に、排気システム(4)に設けられたガス種センサ(42)が対応配置されており、該ガス種センサ(42)の測定信号が、ガス種センサの領域に排ガスが存在していることまたは存在していないことを表しており、
−排気システム(4)から吸気システム(1)へのガスの逆流を、燃料の調量なしの内燃機関の運転状態の間、ガス種センサ(42)の測定信号が、排ガスが存在していないことを表す測定信号値から、排ガスが存在していることを表す測定信号値に変化する場合に認識する、
請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 内燃機関の位相を検出するための装置であって、内燃機関が、吸気システム(1)と、排気システム(4)と、少なくとも1つのカムシャフト(18,18′)と、少なくとも1つのセンサとを備えており、カムシャフト(18,18′)が、ガス交換弁に作用しており、クランクシャフト(8)に対するカムシャフト(18,18′)の位相が、位相調節装置(20)によって調節可能であり、センサの測定信号につき、検出される位相(PH_E)が検出されるようになっている形式のものにおいて、当該装置が、
−位相調節装置(20)を、排気システム(4)から吸気システム(1)へのガスの逆流が認識されるまで、カムシャフト(18,18′)の位相の調節の方向で制御するために形成されていて、
−補正値(KOR_E)を、この場合に割り当てられた検出された位相(PH_E)と、設定された設定位相(PH_G)とに関連して検出するために形成されていて、
−その都度検出される位相(PH_E)を後続の運転中に補正値(KOR_E)に関連して補正するために形成されている
ことを特徴とする、内燃機関の位相を検出するための装置。
