Claims (8)
- 開放位置と閉鎖位置との間で相対的に移動可能な雌金型部品(10)及びコア(16)と、雌金型部品(10)とコア(16)との間に封止状態を発生させるためにコア(16)を取り囲む封止リング(20)とからなり、コア(16)が閉鎖位置にある時に、コア(16)、雌金型部品(10)及び封止リング(20)が協働して閉鎖金型キャビティを画定するようにした、物品を射出圧縮成形するための金型において、封止リング(20)は、コア(16)が閉鎖位置に到達した後にのみコア(16)上の先細り表面に対して封止する先細り表面(24)を有し、コア(16)が閉鎖位置に接近している時には、封止リング(20)の先細り表面(24)とコア(16)との間に通気用クリアランスが生じるようにしたことを特徴とする金型。
- 請求項1に記載の金型において、コアの移動方向に対して測定される先細りの角度が5°未満である金型。
- 請求項2に記載の金型において、コアの移動方向に対して測定される先細りの角度が実質的に1°である金型。
- 請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の金型において、金型キャビティからガスを排気するために配備される唯一の通気間隙が、封止リング(20)の先細り表面(24)とコア(16)との間の間隙である金型。
- 請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の金型において、封止リング(20)が、コア(16)に対する制限された範囲の移動を可能にするようにコア上に設けられ、そして該封止リング(20)が、スプリング及びガス圧の少なくとも一つにより、封止リング(20)の先細り表面(24)とコア(16)との間の間隙の大きさを増大させるように一方向に付勢されている金型。
- 請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の金型において、コア及び雌金型部品が軸方向に互いに整合させられることを許容するように、それらの内の少なくとも一方が射出成形機のプラテンに調節自在に装着可能とされ、複数の案内フィンガが、一方の金型部品に配備されると共に、金型部品が完全な閉鎖位置に接近している時に他方の金型部品における相補的形状の凹部内に受容されるようにコア軸周囲に分配され、各案内フィンガがその長さに沿って互いに離れて位置する二つの平行な側方の位置決め断面を有し、案内フィンガの自由端により近い位置決め断面が他方のものよりも狭く、また各位置決め断面の長さが、射出プラスチック材料の圧縮が行われている間におけるプラテンのストロークの最終部分に少なくとも等しくなるようにした金型。
- 請求項6に記載の金型において、二つの平行な側方の位置決め断面間に延びる各案内フィンガの部分が連続的な先細り形状を呈する金型。
- 請求項6又は7に記載の金型において、各案内フィンガが平坦であって、コアに固定され、また凹部が、雌金型部品に取り外し可能に固定された平坦なインサート内に形成された金型。
