Description

Claims (13)
- マルチキャリアの無線通信システムの基地局(BS)と移動局(MS)との間において、情報信号を前記無線通信システムにより使用される無線スペクトルの運用バンド(I,II,III)に関連するエアインタフェースを介して送信し無線通信を行う方法であって、
シグナリングは、前記運用バンドにおけるスペクトルのバンド幅および位置の情報を、情報の一部として前記バンドの1以上のサブキャリアの中に含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記位置の情報は、明示的にシグナリングされるかあるいは同期信号から暗黙に導出可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記シグナリングは、スペクトルの利用可能なブロックに関する前記情報を検出し該情報をメモリ(M)に格納する前記移動局(MS)により受信(R)されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- サイズの情報は、前記運用バンドの引き続くキャリア(例えば128番目毎のサブキャリア)により定期的に繰り返されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記バンド幅および位置の情報は、前記バンドのスタートおよびストップ周波数(それぞれf1およびf2)、および、前記バンド幅(f2−f1)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記バンド幅および位置の情報は、利用可能な運用バンドのサイズおよび位置を表す識別番号を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記移動局(MS)は、前記運用バンドに関連する状況変化について前記メモリ(M)を更新するため、前記情報のシグナリングを繰り返しスキャンすることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記運用バンドは、異なるオペレータ(A,B)が所有しており、前記異なるオペレータの加入者は互いの運用バンドに部分的または完全にアクセス可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法において、移動局(MS)が情報をダウンロードするためN個のキャリアを有するマルチキャリアバンドへのアクセスを要求し、前記方法は、
・前記移動局が、位置およびサイズの情報を探し、N個のキャリアのバンドの無線インタフェースを探索するステップ(II)と、
・前記無線通信システムが、前記要求時、N+ε個のキャリアを有する空きバンドを前記移動局に割り当てるステップ(III)と、
・前記移動局が、前記情報をダウンロードするステップ(IV)と、
を含み、εはゼロまたはNに比較し小さい数であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項8の何れか一項に記載の方法。 - トラフィック制御センタ(TCC)により制御される送信機(BS)を含み、前記送信機はシステムの利用可能なリソースに関連する情報信号を移動機(MS)に送信する手段を備えたマルチキャリアの無線通信システムであって、
前記情報は、前記無線通信システムに割り当てられた多数の運用バンドの中の利用可能なバンド幅のサイズと位置に関する情報を含むことを特徴とする無線通信システム。 - システムに割り当てられたスペクトルにおける利用可能な運用バンド(I,II,III)の属性に関連する情報を送信する送信手段を含むマルチキャリア通信システムの基地局ノード(BS)であって、
前記送信手段は、前記利用可能な運用バンドのサイズと位置に関連するデータを転送する手段を含むことを特徴とする基地局ノード。 - マルチキャリア通信システムの移動局(MS)であって、
無線スペクトル内のサイズと位置により利用可能な運用バンドに関連する情報を受信する手段(R)を含むことを特徴とする移動局。 - 前記運用バンドに関連するデータを記憶する手段(M)をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の移動局。
