Abstract
本発明は、ピクセル(1)を有するカラー有機ディスプレイ(OLEDディスプレイ)に関する。このピクセルは赤色、緑色および青色を伴うサブピクセルセット(2,3,4)をそれぞれ有しており、以下のものを有しており:すなわち
・少なくとも部分的に可視光に対して透過性の基板(5)を有しており、
・前記サブピクセル(2,3,4)の色を生じさせ、前記基板(5)の上に続いて配置された構造化されたカラーフィルタ(6)を有しており、
・少なくとも部分的に可視光に対して透過性であり、前記カラーフィルタ(6)上に続く第1の電極(7,9)を有しており、
・前記第1の電極(7,9)上に続く、発光材料を含む少なくとも1つのアクティブ層(8)を有しており、当該発光材料は電磁ビームを生成するのに適しており、当該電磁ビームのスペクトルは、等しい電流信号による駆動制御時に前記ピクセル(1)が色位置がCIE色度図の白領域内に位置する光を送出するように、前記カラーフィルタ(6)に合わせて調整されており、
・前記アクティブ層(8)上に続く第2の電極(7,9)を有している、
ことを特徴とする、カラー有機ディスプレイ。
Description
・少なくとも部分的に可視光に対して透過性である基板。
・サブピクセルの色を生じさせ、基板の上に配置される、構造化されたカラーフィルタ。
・少なくとも部分的に可視光に対して透過性である、カラーフィルタの上に続く第1の電極。
・第1の電極の上に続く、発光材料を含む少なくとも1つのアクティブ層。この発光材料は電磁ビームを生成するのに適しており、この電磁ビームのスペクトルはカラーフィルタに次のように適応調整されている。すなわち、等しい電気信号による駆動制御時にピクセルが、CIE色度図の白色領域内に位置する色位置を有する光を送出するように適応調整されている。
・アクティブ層の上に続く第2の電極。
図2はCIE色度図であり、
図3は2つのフィルタセット♯1および♯2の透過スペクトルであり、
図4は、青色発光ポリマーに共有結合された赤および緑の発色団を有する広帯域発光体の発光スペクトルであり、
図5a〜図5dは、発光材料の色を与えるサブユニットおよびホール輸送サブユニットの化学的構造である。
Claims (9)
- ピクセル(1)を有するカラー有機ディスプレイ(OLEDディスプレイ)であって、
前記ピクセルは赤色、緑色および青色を伴うサブピクセルセット(2,3,4)をそれぞれ有しており、以下のものを有しており:すなわち
・少なくとも部分的に可視光に対して透過性の基板(5)を有しており、
・前記サブピクセル(2,3,4)の色を生じさせ、前記基板(5)の上に続いて配置された構造化されたカラーフィルタ(6)を有しており、
・少なくとも部分的に可視光に対して透過性であり、前記カラーフィルタ(6)上に続く第1の電極(7,9)を有しており、
・前記第1の電極(7,9)上に続く、発光材料を含んでいる少なくとも1つのアクティブ層(8)を有しており、当該発光材料は電磁ビームを生じさせるのに適しており、当該電磁ビームのスペクトルは、等しい電流信号による駆動制御時に、色位置がCIE色度図の白色領域内に位置する光を前記ピクセル(1)が送出するように、前記カラーフィルタ(6)に合わせて調整されており、
・前記アクティブ層(8)上に続く第2の電極(7,9)を有している、
ことを特徴とする、カラー有機ディスプレイ。 - 前記発光材料はポリマーを含んでおり、当該ポリマーは、
・緑の色印象を生じさせる第1の発色団(10)と、
・赤の色印象を生じさせる第2の発色団(11)を有する、請求項1記載の有機ディスプレイ。 - 前記ポリマーは、青の色印象を生じさせる発色団(12)を含む、請求項2記載の有機ディスプレイ。
- 前記第1の電極(7,9)はアノードであり、ITOを含む、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の有機ディスプレイ。
- 前記アクティブ層(8)は、ポリスピロ化合物を含む、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の有機ディスプレイ。
- 前記アクティブ層(8)は、ポリフルオレン化合物を含む、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の有機ディスプレイ。
- 前記サブピクセルセットの個々のサブピクセル(2,3,4)は同じ寿命を有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の有機ディスプレイ。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載された、カラーフィルタ技術(6)を伴う有機ディスプレイの、電子機器内での使用。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載された、カラーフィルタ技術(6)を伴う有機ディスプレイの、調整可能な色を有する照明目的のための使用。
