Abstract
Description
腎臓機能が弱っている患者にトレプロスチニルが0.625から1.25 ng/kg/分の投薬量で投与され、この投薬量は標的投薬量に達するまで、または患者に許容されない投薬量まで、時間とともに次第に増量される。標的投薬量は患者に対する臨床効果の滴定により決定される。該医薬品は、皮下に設置されたカテーテルに接続された小ポンプにより送達される。この方法で、長期継続的皮下注入により、次第に投薬量を増加させながら、トレプロスチニルが患者に投与される。最大の投薬量での通常の副作用が予想され、その副作用として頭痛と吐き気があげられる。ある標的投薬量の例は10 ng/kg/分である。
Claims (26)
- 腎臓機能不全または障害を引き起こす疾患または症状の患者の少なくとも一つの腎臓機能を改善する方法であって、それを必要とする患者に有効量のトレプロスチニルまたはその誘導体、あるいはその薬学的に許容されうる塩を投与することを含有する方法。
- 請求項1の方法であって、前記誘導体がトレプトスチニルの酸誘導体、トレプトスチニルのプロドラッグ、トレプトスチニルの徐放製剤、トレプロスチニルの吸入製剤、トレプロスチニルの経口製剤、トレプロスチニルの多型体またはトレプロスチニルの異性体である方法。
- 態様1の方法であって、該腎臓機能が尿産生、過剰体液除去、血液からの不要物除去、正常血液化学の維持、ホルモン産生またはこれらの組合せから選択される方法。
- 態様1の方法であって、該腎臓機能が尿産生を含有する方法。
- 態様1の方法であって、前記の腎臓機能不全または障害を引き起こす疾患または症状がメサンギウム細胞の増殖の増加を含有する方法。
- 態様1の方法であって、腎臓機能不全または障害を引き起こす疾患または症状の患者のメサンギウム細胞の増殖の減少または阻害をさらに含有する方法。
- 態様1の方法であって、トレプロスチニルの薬学的に許容されうる塩が投与される方法。
- 態様1の方法であって、該患者が人間である方法。
- 態様1の方法であって、前記のトレプロスチニルまたはその誘導体、あるいはその薬学的に許容されうる塩が皮下に投与される方法。
- 態様1の方法であって、前記のトレプロスチニルまたはその誘導体、あるいはその薬学的に許容されうる塩が皮下持続注入により投与される方法。
- 態様1の方法であって、前記のトレプロスチニルまたはその誘導体、あるいはその薬学的に許容されうる塩が静脈内に投与される方法。
- 態様1の方法であって、前記のトレプロスチニルまたはその誘導体、あるいはその薬学的に許容されうる塩が錠剤およびカプセル剤からなる群から選択される経口使用製剤で投与される方法。
- 態様1の方法であって、前記のトレプロスチニルまたはその誘導体、あるいはその薬学的に許容されうる塩が吸入により投与される方法。
- 態様1の方法であって、前記の有効量が少なくとも1.0 ng/kg体重/分である方法。
- 腎臓機能不全または障害を引き起こす疾患または症状の患者の少なくとも一つの腎臓機能を改善するキットであって、(i)有効量のトレプロスチニルまたはその誘導体、あるいはその薬学的に許容されうる塩、(ii)一つまたはそれ以上の薬学的に許容されうる担体および/または添加剤、および(iii)少なくとも一つの腎臓機能を改善するための指示書を含有するキット。
- 態様15のキットであって、該腎臓機能が尿産生、過剰体液除去、血液からの不要物除去、正常血液化学の維持、ホルモン産生またはこれらの組合せから選択されるキット。
- 態様15のキットであって、該腎臓機能が尿産生を含有するキット。
- 態様15のキットであって、前記の腎臓機能不全または障害を引き起こす疾患または症状がメサンギウム細胞の増殖の増加を含有するキット。

- 態様15のキットであって、成分(i)が皮下持続注入による投与に適した剤型のトレプロスチニルまたはその誘導体、あるいはその薬学的に許容されうる塩であるキット。
- 態様15のキットであって、成分(i)が静脈内投与に適した剤型のトレプロスチニルまたはその誘導体、あるいはその薬学的に許容されうる塩であるキット。
- 態様15のキットであって、成分(i)が錠剤およびカプセル剤からなる群から選択される経口使用できる剤形のトレプロスチニルまたはその誘導体、あるいはその薬学的に許容されうる塩であるキット。
- 態様15のキットであって、成分(i)が吸入に適した剤型のトレプロスチニルまたはその誘導体、あるいはその薬学的に許容されうる塩であるキット。
