Abstract
【解決手段】中間ブッシュは、貫通穴の形をした中心クランプ穴(7)を有する円筒状本体(6a)を有し、チャックの中心受け口(4)に挿入されるべきものであって、本体(6a)は、中間ブシュ(6)の全長にわたってのびた外周面にそって配された幾つかの半径方向スロット(8)を有しており、スロット(8)が最大0.6mmの幅を有しており、外側の輪郭、スロット(8)および中間ブシュ(6)のクランプ穴(7)が、放電侵食され、本体(6a)が、その全長にわたって、その外面から内面までのびた貫通スロット(12)を有しているものである。

Claims (7)
- 貫通穴の形をした中心クランプ穴(7)を有する円筒状本体(6a)を有し、チャックの中心受け口(4)に挿入されるべき中間ブッシュであって、本体(6a)は、中間ブシュ(6)の全長にわたってのびた外周面にそって配された幾つかの半径方向スロット(8)を有している中間ブッシュにおいて、スロット(8)が最大0.6mmの幅を有しており、外側の輪郭、スロット(8)および中間ブシュ(6)のクランプ穴(7)が、放電侵食され、本体(6a)が、その全長にわたって、その外面から内面までのびた貫通スロット(12)を有していることを特徴とする中間ブッシュ。
- 請求項1による中間ブッシュであって、スロット(8)が、最大0.35mm、とくに、最大0.5mmの幅を有していることを特徴とする中間ブシュ。
- 請求項1または2の中間ブッシュであって、貫通スロット(12)が、最大0.35mm、とくに、最大0.3mmの幅を有していることを特徴とする中間ブシュ。
- クランプされるべきツールのシャフトのために形成された中心受け口(4)付チャック本体(1)と、受け口(4)に押し込まれたツールの機械側端に冷却剤を供給するように、チャック本体(1)の機械側端および受け口(4)の間をのびた冷却材供給ダクトとを有し、中間ブッシュ(6)が、受け口(4)に挿入されているチャックにおいて、中間ブシュ(6)が、請求項1〜3のいずれかによって形成されていることを特徴とするチャック。
- 請求項4のチャックであって、シール材料が、スロット(8)に挿入されていることを特徴とするチャック。
- 貫通穴の形をした中心クランプ穴(7)を有する円筒状本体(6a)を有し、チャックの中心受け口(4)に挿入されるべき中間ブッシュであって、本体(6a)は、中間ブシュ(6)の全長にわたってのびた外周面にそって配された幾つかの半径方向スロット(8)を有している中間ブッシュにおいて、本体(6a)が、その全長にわたって、その外面から内面までのびた貫通スロット(12)を有しており、中心クランプ穴(7)およびスロット(8)および/または貫通スロット(12)が、放電加工プロセスによって単一の機械クランプによって、最大0.6mmの幅に成形されていることを特徴とする中間ブッシュを製造するための方法。
- 請求項6の方法であって、スロット(8)が、最大0.3mmの幅につくられること特徴とする方法。
