Claims (9)
- 固定子(1)及び回転子(2)を備え、前記固定子(1)がq≦0.5の分数スロット巻線を有する巻線装置を備え、前記回転子(2)が永久磁石(3)と、分数調波ギャップ磁界を非同期で利用するためのかご形誘導巻線導体(4)とを備え、回転子(2)の磁極数が前記固定子(1)の巻線装置により発生されるギャップ磁界の基本磁極数より多いことを特徴とする同期機。
- 前記固定子(1)の巻線装置が幾つかの歯コイルを備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の同期機。
- 前記回転子(2)の永久磁石(3)が磁束集中装置内に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の同期機。
- 前記回転子(2)が少なくとも1つの対称なかご形誘導巻線導体(4)を備え、前記永久磁石(3)の磁極ピッチτpが対称性を示すことを特徴とする請求項1から3の1つに記載の同期機。
- 前記永久磁石(3)及びかご形誘導巻線導体(4)が、互いに放射方向に積重配置されるか、互いに軸方向に並置されたことを特徴とする請求項4記載の同期機。
- 前記かご形誘導巻線導体(4)が銅又はアルミニウムからなることを特徴とする請求項4又は5記載の同期機。
- 前記かご形誘導巻線導体(4)が撚線により形成されたことを特徴とする請求項4又は5記載の同期機。
- 前記固定子(1)の基本磁極数を2pGSとして、同期利用磁極数2pNS≦4×2pGS、非同期利用磁極数2pNA≧2pGS及び磁極ピッチτPに対するコイル幅τSPの比が2.66≦τSP/τPであることを特徴とする請求項1から7の1つに記載の同期機。
- 請求項1から8の1つに記載の同期機の、牽引駆動装置又は生産機械への応用方法。
