Claims (3)
- 特定の色の光を放出する安定化型OLEDデバイスであって:
a) 金属アノード、及び該金属アノードから間隔を置いて配置された金属カソードと、
b) 該アノードと該カソードとの間に配置された、ホストと、該特定の色の光を含むスペクトルを有する光を生成するように選択されたドーパントとを含む発光層と、
c) 該発光層の発光スペクトルとは異なる発光スペクトルを有する、該OLEDデバイスの有効寿命を改善する、該デバイス層のうちの1つに設けられた安定剤と、
を含み、
d) 電極層のうちの一方が半透明であり、他方が実質的に不透明且つ反射性であって、該安定化型OLEDデバイスが、該特定の色を有する狭帯域光を放出するマイクロキャビティを形成するようになっている、
安定化型OLEDデバイス。 - 該半透明の電極層のための材料が、AgもしくはAu又はこれらの合金を含む、請求項1に記載のOLEDデバイス。
- 色変換型OLEDデバイスであって:
a) 金属アノード、及び該金属アノードから間隔を置いて配置された金属カソードと、
b) 該アノードと該カソードとの間に配置された、ホストと、青色光を生成するように選択されたドーパントとを含む発光層と、
c) 該発光層の発光スペクトルとは異なる発光スペクトルを有する、該OLEDデバイスの有効寿命を改善する、該デバイス層のうちの1つに設けられた安定剤と;
d) 該青色光に応答することにより異なる色の光を再放出する蛍光材料を含む色変換層と
を含む、色変換型OLEDデバイス。
