Abstract

Description
本発明は、溶液中で酸化体を合成する装置に関する。より詳しくは、本発明は、鉄酸塩の合成装置に関する。
鉄酸塩は、様々な無機または有機還元剤および物質と反応し得る強酸化体である(R.L. Bartzatt, J. Carr, Trans. Met. Chem. Vol. 11 (11), pp.414-416 (1986)、T.J. Audette, J. QuailおよびP. Smith, J. Tetr. Lett., Vol. 2, pp.279-282 (1971)、D. Darling, V. KumariおよびJ. BeMiller, J. Tetr. Lett., Vol. 40, p.4143 (1972)、およびR.K. MurmannおよびH.J. Goff, J. Am. Chem. Soc, Vol. 93, p.6058-6065 (1971))。鉄酸塩は、合成有機研究のための選択的な酸化体として作用することができ、水性および非水性媒体中の様々な有機および無機化合物を酸化/除去することができ、多くの汚染物を分解することができる。
Claims (20)
- 鉄酸塩を合成する装置であって、
出発材料を保持することができる少なくとも一個の容器と、
前記出発材料の量を測定することができる測定装置と、
前記出発材料を混合することができるミキサーと、
反応室と、
排出口と
を含んでなり、前記排出口が、前記鉄酸塩を使用する場所に近い場所に位置する、装置。 - 前記複数の容器が、3個の容器を含んでなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 鉄塩、酸化剤、および塩基のそれぞれに1個の容器がある、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記鉄塩が、硝酸第二鉄、硝酸第一鉄、塩化第二鉄、塩化第一鉄、臭化第二鉄、臭化第一鉄、硫酸第二鉄、硫酸第一鉄、リン酸第二鉄、リン酸第一鉄、水酸化第二鉄、水酸化第一鉄、酸化第二鉄、酸化第一鉄、炭酸水素第二鉄、炭酸水素第一鉄、炭酸第二鉄、および炭酸第一鉄からなる群から選択される、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記鉄塩が塩化第二鉄である、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記酸化剤が、次亜ハロゲン酸塩イオン、亜ハロゲン酸塩イオン、ハロゲン酸塩イオン、過ハロゲン酸塩イオン、オゾン、ペルオキシモノ過硫酸カリウム、モノ過硫酸カリウム、ハロゲン、過酸化物、超酸化物、過酸、過酸の塩、およびカロ酸の少なくとも一種を含んでなる、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記酸化剤が、次亜塩素酸ナトリウムである、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記塩基が、水酸化物、酸化物、スルホン酸塩、硫酸塩、亜硫酸塩、硫化水素化物、リン酸塩、酢酸塩、重炭酸塩、および炭酸塩からなる群から選択される、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記塩基が水酸化ナトリウムである、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記測定装置が流量計を含んでなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記測定装置が重量計を含んでなり、前記各出発材料を前記反応室に導入する前に、前記重量計により各出発材料の重量が測定される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ミキサーが、少なくとも一基のエダクタを含んでなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ミキサーが、少なくとも一基の機械的ミキサー304を含んでなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記反応室が、反応容器および反応ループを含んでなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記反応室中に、濃度測定装置をさらに含んでなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記濃度測定装置が分光光度計である、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 温度制御装置をさらに含んでなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記温度制御装置が熱交換機を含んでなる、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 鉄酸塩を合成する装置であって、
出発材料を保持できる少なくとも一個の容器と、
前記出発材料の量を測定する手段と、
前記出発材料を混合する手段と、
反応室と、
排出口と
を含んでなり、前記排出口が、前記鉄酸塩を使用する場所に近接した場所に配置される、装置。 - 鉄酸塩の合成装置であって、
出発材料を保持する手段と、
前記出発材料の量を測定する手段と、
出発材料を混合する手段と、
前記出発材料を反応させ、前記鉄酸塩を製造する手段と、
前記鉄酸塩を前記装置から取り出す手段と
を含んでなり、前記取り出す手段が、前記鉄酸塩を使用する場所に近接した場所に配置される、装置。
