Abstract
Description
(1)プレスニップにおいて紙からプレスされた大量の水を受容し、
(2)プレス布の反対側又は紙シートとは異なる側上で穴を有するプレスロールに水を放出し、
(3)水を、付属の吸引脱水装置に放出し、且つ
(4)水と空気の両方が布を介して流動するように透過性を保持する、
という特徴を示す必要がある。
仕上げ状態でのプレス布よりも幅が狭い基礎布構造の狭ストリップと;
基礎布構造のストリップに付着された少なくとも1つの繊維バット層と;
この繊維バット層と基礎層とに適用されたフッ化ポリマー層と;
を有する。
{100×(コーティングして乾燥した布の重量−コーティングしていない乾燥した布の重量)}/コーティングしていない乾燥布の重量
である。
Claims (27)
- ベース構造と;
該ベース構造に付着された少なくとも1つの繊維バット層と;
該繊維バット層に適用された少なくとも1つのフッ化ポリマー層と;
前記のコートされた繊維バットの第1層に適用され、且つ前記ベース構造に付着された繊維バットの第2層と;
を有することを特徴とする抄紙機用プレス布。 - 前記コーティングの添加物の質量は、当該布の質量に対して、乾燥時、0.1%以上10.0%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布。
- 前記コーティングの添加物の質量は、当該布の質量に対して、乾燥時、1.0%以上3.0%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布。
- 前記のフッ化ポリマーは、PTFEであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布。
- 前記のフッ化ポリマーは、PVDFであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布。
- 前記のフッ化ポリマーは、PCTFEであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布。
- 前記の繊維バットの層は、前記基礎構造に針状化されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布。
- 前記のフッ化ポリマーは、噴霧して適用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布。
- 前記のフッ化ポリマーは、キスロール塗布器で適用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布。
- 前記基礎構造の両側に繊維バットが適用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布。
- 前記基礎構造は、螺旋リンク、MD若しくはCDヤーンアレイ、編みもの、成形されたメッシュなどの織物又は不織物、又はストリップの幅よりも広い幅を有する基材を形成するように最終的に螺旋状に巻き取られるストリップから本質的になる群から選択されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布。
- 仕上げたプレス布の幅よりも小さな幅を有する基礎構造のストリップと;
該基礎構造のストリップに付着された少なくとも1つの繊維バット層と;
基礎バットと前記基礎構造とに適用されたフッ化ポリマー層と;
を有することを特徴とする仕上げたプレス布を構築する中間プレス布。 - 請求項12に記載の中間プレス布からなるプレス布であって、
当該プレス布は:
並んで配列される、基礎構造の複数の中間ストリップからなり、
該中間ストリップは、プレス布構造を提供するように、その端部で互いに付着され;
前記プレス布構造に付着された少なくとも1つの繊維バットの追加層を有することを特徴とするプレス布。 - 前記中間基礎構造は、前記の仕上げたプレス布の幅よりも大きな長さを有することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の中間プレス布。
- 中間プレス布構造は、ロール状で保存されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の中間プレス布。
- 前記プレス布は、所定の距離だけ互いに離れた平行な2つのロールで巻き取られる単一ピースの中間基礎構造からなり、
中間プレス布構造の巻き部は、並んで前記ロールの周囲に配置され、
前記巻き部の前記端部は、互いに付着されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のプレス布。 - 前記基礎構造の両側に繊維バットが適用されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の布。
- 前記基礎構造は、螺旋リンク、MD若しくはCDヤーンアレイ、編み物、又は成型メッシュから本質的になる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の布。
- ベース構造を設けるステップと;
前記ベース構造に人造繊維層を針状化するステップと;
前記の針状化された基礎構造をフッ化ポリマーでコートするステップと;
を有することを特徴とする抄紙機用プレス布の形成方法。 - 前記基礎構造に第2繊維層を針状化するステップをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記フッ化ポリマーは、PTFEであることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記フッ化ポリマーは、PVDFであることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記フッ化ポリマーは、PECTFEであることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記フッ化ポリマーは、噴霧して適用されることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記フッ化ポリマーは、キスロール塗布器で適用されることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記基礎構造の両側に人造繊維層が針状化されることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記基礎構造は、螺旋リンク、MD若しくはCDヤーンアレイ、編みもの、成形されたメッシュなどの織物又は不織物、又はストリップの幅よりも広い幅を有する基材を形成するように最終的に螺旋状に巻き取られるストリップから本質的になる群から選択されたものであることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
