Claims (30)

を備える、キット。 - 前記炎症性疾患または炎症状態が、Ｃ型肝炎感染、鎌状赤血球貧血、移植手順の合併症、および妊娠の合併症からなる群より選択される、請求項１に記載のキット。
- 前記炎症性疾患または炎症状態が、Ｃ型肝炎感染である、請求項２に記載のキット。
- 前記補体経路成分が、補体リガンドＢｂである、請求項３に記載のキット。
- 前記補体経路成分Ｂｂのレベルを決定するための手段が、補体成分Ｂｂに特異的な抗体である、請求項４に記載のキット。

- コンピュータ読み取り可能媒体であって、
（ａ）赤血球の表面に沈着された補体経路成分の決定に対応するデータを受け取るためのコード；
（ｂ）個体の赤血球の表面に沈着された該補体経路成分についての基準値を取り出すためのコード；
（ｃ）（ａ）における該データを（ｂ）における該基準値と比較するためのコードであって、該データの比較が、個体において炎症性疾患または炎症状態を診断またはモニタリングするために使用され、ただし、該炎症性疾患または炎症状態は、全身性エリトマトーデスでも強皮症でもない、コード

（ｂ）該決定を、該補体経路成分のコントロールレベルと比較するための手段であって、該補体経路成分の該コントロールレベルからの差が、該個体が該血管疾患または血管の状態を有することを示す、手段
を備える、キット。 - 前記補体経路成分が、Ｃ１ｑ、Ｃ３ｂ、ｉＣ３ｂ、Ｃ３ｄ、Ｃ４ｂ、ｉＣ４ｂ、Ｃ４ｄ、Ｃ５ｂ−９、Ｂｂおよびマンノース結合レクチン（ＭＢＬ）からなる群より選択される、請求項２８に記載のキット。
- 前記個体が、全身性エリトマトーデスを有する、請求項２８に記載のキット。
