Claims (9)
- 油圧アキュムレータ、特にピストン型アキュムレータにおける水撃減衰装置において、
この装置は、前記アキュムレータの構成要素であり、前記アキュムレータ内部の部分(12)と、前記アキュムレータを接続しても良い油圧系統(14)との間に形成される流体の流れに対して絞りとして作用しており、
前記絞りは、弁構成要素(16)における断面を指定できる少なくとも一つの流通領域(24)から形成され、前記弁構成要素(16)は、その弁位置の一つにあるときは、前記流体の流れを前記それぞれの流通領域(24)で阻止し、その別の弁位置にあるときは、基本的に前記流れを解放しており、
前記それぞれの流通領域(24)は、その自由端の少なくとも一つにおいて漏斗状拡張部(26;28)が設けられることと、
前記拡張部(26;28)は、前記アキュムレータの内部(12)の方向または、前記油圧系統(14)の方向に向けられる、
ことを特徴とする水撃減衰装置。 - 前記それぞれの流通領域(24)は、前記弁構成要素(16)において中央管路の形であり、
前記漏斗状拡張部(26;28)は前記中央管路の両端に設けられる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の減衰装置。 - 前記弁構成要素(16)は、その端の一つにおいてウェッブ状伸張部(30)を有する弁ピストンとして構成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の減衰装置。
- 前記弁構成要素(16)は、弁ハウジング(18)に沿って、円筒形案内面(34)により、外周側において案内され、それによって前記弁構成要素(16)が、前記アキュムレータのハウジング(10)の一端に固定されても良いことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の減衰装置。
- 前記弁構成要素(16)は、前記外周側において及び前記ウェッブ状伸張部(30)の間に、水平面(44)を具備しており、前記水平面(44)は、前記弁ハウジング(18)の円筒形内周面(36)と共に、流体出口(46)を画定することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の減衰装置。
- 前記弁構成要素(16)は、その端部側に水平密封面(38,40)を具備しており、その前記密封面(38)を前記弁ハウジング(18)の水平接触面(42)、または前記ウェッブ状伸張部(30)に隣接する面に接触させても良いことを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の減衰装置。
- 前記流通領域(24)を有する前記弁構成要素(16)の部分的構造長は、前記ウェッブ状伸張部(30)を有する前記弁構成要素(16)の全体構造長の半分を超えることを特徴とする請求項3から6のいずれか一つに記載の減衰装置。
- 前記漏斗状拡張部(26,28)は、水平密封面(38,40)に沿って前記弁構成要素(16)から延伸することを特徴とする請求項2から7のいずれか一つに記載の減衰装置。
- 前記弁ハウジング(18)は、前記外周側において、前記アキュムレータハウジング(10)の部分に固定するためのネジ山(20)を具備することを特徴とする請求項4から8のいずれか一つに記載の減衰装置。
