Description
例1(本発明)
オレンジ油100g(甘味)を市販のシリカゲル30gと一緒にして90分間強力に攪拌した。シリカゲルの沈殿後、上方に位置するオレンジ油を傾瀉し、負荷されたシリカゲルを、遠心分離物がもはや起こらなくなるまで遠心分離した。
エタノールで5倍に希釈された天然のリンゴ食品用香料エキス1.5mlを市販のシリカゲル5g上に噴霧した。引続き、紅茶粉末50gを負荷されたシリカゲルと混合した。前記混合物1.5gをカップ中で煮沸水200mlで注ぎかけ、短時間攪拌し、2分間、味出した。引続き、完成した茶飲料を傾瀉した。
紅茶粉末50gをエタノールで5倍に希釈されたエタノール性リンゴ食品用香料エキス1.5mlで噴霧した。前記混合物1.5gをカップ中で煮沸水200mlで注ぎかけ、短時間攪拌し、2分間、味出した。引続き、完成した茶飲料を傾瀉した。
Claims (11)
- 飲料を溶剤不活性で芳香物質が負荷された固体の粒子状担持材料により付香する方法において、担持材料として、場合によっては含水量を有する一連の珪酸塩、酸化アルミニウムおよび活性炭の無機珪素含有化合物、無機アルミニウム含有化合物および/または無機炭素含有化合物を使用することを特徴とする、飲料を付香する方法。
- 担持材料としてシリカゲル、珪藻土、活性化粘土および/またはか焼された粘土、γ−Al2O3および/または酸化アルミニウム−キセロゲルを使用する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 0.1〜1000m2/g、有利に50〜500m2/gの比表面積を有する担持材料を使用する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 0.3〜5000nmの孔径を有する担持材料を使用する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 10μm以上の粒径を有する担持材料を使用する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 担持材料を特に天然に由来する易揮発性芳香物質で負荷して使用する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 芳香物質がエーテル油、シトルス油、果実エッセンスおよび食品用香料エキスである、請求項6記載の方法。
- 負荷された担持材料を煎じた飲料水または抽出した飲料水、特にティーに添加する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 担持材料を芳香物質での負荷のために芳香物質含有液体中に搬入する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 担持材料を芳香物質での負荷のために芳香物質含有液体で噴霧する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 芳香物質含有液体が食品用香料工業、特に食品用香料抽出、食品用香料後処理および/または食品用香料加工によるプロセス水であるかまたは濃縮食品用香料である、請求項9または10記載の方法。
