Abstract
【解決手段】FC入口目標圧力の初期設定(ステップS1)後、燃料電池のアノードに供給されるガス中の不純物濃度が所定値以下になるまで、FC入口目標圧力を、この初期設定値に維持する(ステップS3:NO)。この初期設定値は、通常発電時にFC電流に応じて設定されるFC入口目標圧力よりも高圧に設定する。燃料電池10のアノードに供給されるガス中の不純物濃度が所定値以下になったならば(ステップS3:YES)、ステップS5で検出したFC電流と、燃料電池10への要求出力に対応して設定されるFC入口目標圧力との関係を表わすマップを用いて、FC入口目標圧力を求める(ステップS7)。

Claims (4)
- 燃料電池と、前記燃料電池のアノードに燃料ガスを供給するための燃料供給系と、前記燃料供給系に設けられて前記アノードへのガス供給量を調整する調整手段と、を備えた燃料電池システムであって、
前記調整手段は、システム起動時においては、前記アノードに供給されるガス中の不純物濃度が所定値以下に低下するまで、燃料供給源から前記アノードへの新規の燃料ガス供給量を、通常発電時に前記燃料電池の発電電流に応じて設定される新規の燃料ガス供給量よりも、高く維持する燃料電池システム。 - 前記調整手段は、前記燃料供給系の上流側のガス状態を目標値に調整して下流側にガスを供給する可変ガス供給装置と、前記可変ガス供給装置を前記目標値に応じて駆動制御する制御装置と、を備えると共に、システム起動時は、前記可変ガス供給装置による前記アノードへのガス供給量を通常発電時よりも増加させる請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記可変ガス供給装置は、システム起動時は通常発電時よりも高圧の燃料ガスを前記アノードに供給し、前記アノードに供給されるガス中の窒素濃度が所定値以下に低下するまで、前記アノードへのガス供給圧を通常発電時よりも高く維持する請求項2に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記燃料電池のアノード出口から排出された燃料オフガスを前記新規の燃料ガスと合流させてアノード入口に再供給するための循環流路と、前記循環流路に設けられて開弁時に前記燃料オフガスをシステム外へ放出させる開閉弁と、を備え、
前記調整手段は、前記開閉弁の開弁に応じて前記アノードへのガス供給量をそれまでよりも低下させる請求項1または2に記載の燃料電池システム。
