Abstract
【解決手段】対向電極2を通して流れる放電電流を放電電流検出回路4で検出する。制御回路5においては、放電電流検出回路4の検出電圧Vxを所望の目標値に対応するスレッショルド電圧Vthと比較するとともに検出電圧Vxとスレッショルド電圧Vthの差をなくすように高電圧発生回路3を制御して出力電圧(放電電圧)を増減している。その結果、放電電極1と対向電極2の間に流れる放電電流を一定値に維持して一定量のナノサイズミストを安定して生成することができる。しかも、特許文献1に記載されている従来例のように放電電流1への液体(水)の供給量を制御する場合に比較して、上述のように高電圧発生回路3の出力を制御する方が回路構成等が簡単であり且つ応答時間を早くできる。

Claims (4)
- 静電霧化される液体が供給される放電電極と、放電電極に対向配置される対向電極と、放電電極と対向電極の間に高電圧を印加して放電を生じさせる高電圧発生手段と、前記両電極間の放電状態を検出する検出手段と、検出手段の検出結果に基づいて所望の放電状態を維持するように高電圧発生手段の出力を制御する制御手段とを備えたことを特徴とする静電霧化装置。
- 前記検出手段は、前記両電極間に流れる放電電流を検出し、前記制御手段は、検出手段が検出する放電電流値を所望の目標値に一致させるように高電圧発生手段の出力をフィードバック制御することを特徴とする請求項1記載の静電霧化装置。
- 前記目標値を予め決められた範囲内で任意の値に設定する目標値設定手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の静電霧化装置。
- 前記目標値設定手段は、前記目標値として零を設定可能であり、前記制御手段は、設定された目標値が零であるときは高電圧発生手段の出力を停止することを特徴とする請求項3記載の静電霧化装置。
