Abstract
【解決手段】作動機構を組み立てる方法であって、ハウジングの端部にピストンを滑入する工程と、前記ハウジングの端部を通して前記ハウジング内にキャリア部材を滑入する工程と、前記ハウジングに対し前記キャリア部材を概ね定位置にロックするように、前記キャリア部材を回転する工程と、リンク部材をナット部材に設置する工程と、前記ナット部材を概ね前記キャリア部材内に配置する工程と、回動ピンを前記キャリア部材および前記リンク部材に係合させる工程と、前記ナット部材およびキャリア部材を通して、前記ハウジングの端部内にプランジャを滑入する工程と、前記プランジャを前記ピストンに係合させる工程とを備えることを特徴とする方法である。

Description
この出願は、2001年3月19日に出願された米国暫定出願第60/277,115号および2001年11月9日に出願された米国特許出願第10/045,392号の利益を主張する。
本発明の実施例の1つの目的は、スクリュー式プランジャを作動し、その結果生じた流体加圧をモニタするための改良された装置を提供することである。

Claims (4)
- 作動機構を組み立てる方法であって、
ハウジングの端部にピストンを滑入する工程と、
前記ハウジングの端部を通して前記ハウジング内にキャリア部材を滑入する工程と、
前記ハウジングに対し前記キャリア部材を概ね定位置にロックするように、前記キャリア部材を回転する工程と、
リンク部材をナット部材に設置する工程と、
前記ナット部材を概ね前記キャリア部材内に配置する工程と、
回動ピンを前記キャリア部材および前記リンク部材に係合させる工程と、
前記ナット部材およびキャリア部材を通して、前記ハウジングの端部内にプランジャを滑入する工程と、
前記プランジャを前記ピストンに係合させる工程と
を備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ハウジングの逆端部に、ホースを係合させる工程を更に備える請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ハウジングに、ゲージを係合させる工程を更に備える請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ピストン上に、封止部材を配置する工程を更に備える請求項1に記載の方法。
