Description
この出願は、2001年3月19日に出願された米国暫定出願第60/277,115号および2001年11月9日に出願された米国特許出願第10/045,392号の利益を主張する。
本発明の実施例の1つの目的は、スクリュー式プランジャを作動し、その結果生じた流体加圧をモニタするための改良された装置を提供することである。

Claims (13)
- 装置を加圧するための作動機構であって、
ハウジングと、
このハウジングとは別部品であり、かつハウジングに対していずれの回転方向にも回転されないように装着されるキャリア部材と、
前記ハウジング内において摺動自在に変位可能なねじ付きスクリュー構造と、
部分的ねじ部を有して前記ねじ付きスクリュー構造に対し選択的に螺合および離脱可能であり、前記キャリア部材内にあるとともに前記キャリア部材とは別部材であるナット部材と、
前記ナット部材と係合した少なくとも1つのリンク部材と、
前記キャリア部材を前記少なくとも1つのリンク部材に結合させるリンク構造とを備え、
前記ナット部材と少なくとも1つのリンク部材は、前記キャリア部材に対し回動可能であり、前記ナット部材は、前記スクリュー構造に対し前記部分的ねじ部が、選択的に螺合および離脱を与えるように、前記スクリュー構造に対して移動可能に構成されていることを特徴とする作動機構。 - 前記ハウジングは、一端部を有し、前記キャリア部材は、前記ハウジングの前記端部に近い開口内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作動機構。
- 前記ハウジングは、圧力ゲージを直接ねじ穴に受け入れるように構成された逆端部を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の作動機構。
- 前記ハウジングは、逆端部を有し、前記作動機構は更に、前記逆端部に圧力ゲージを備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の作動機構。
- 前記キャリア部材は、差し込み構成を介して前記ハウジングと保持可能に係合されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作動機構。
- 前記キャリア部材は、ラッチ指を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の作動機構。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記キャリア部材上の前記ラッチ指と係合する少なくとも1つの起立されたリブを有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の作動機構。
- 前記ナット部材は二分岐され、前記ナット部材の前記部分的ねじ部から延びた一対の離れて対向する取付部を与えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作動機構。
- 前記取付部は、一対の隣接して配置されたリンク部材によって、前記ハウジングに結合されており、前記リンク部材は、別々に前記取付部に結合されて、それらの間に配置されると共に、前記ナット部材の並進運動をガイドすることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の作動機構。
- 前記ナット部材は、係合位置と離脱位置との間を走行する際に、1つの平面内で、先細りする湾曲経路を移動するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作動機構。
- 前記キャリア部材は、前記ハウジングの穴に受け入れられるものであり、前記穴の半径は、前記ねじ付きスクリュー構造の中心線から前記キャリア部材に係合する前記リンク部材へ至る距離よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作動機構。
- 前記ねじ付きスクリュー構造は、第1の端部と、この第1の端部に対向する第2の端部とを有し、前記ねじ付きスクリュー構造の前記第1の端部は、ハンドルを提供し、前記作動機構は更に、ピストンを備え、このピストンは、前記ねじ付きスクリュー構造の前記第2の端部に係合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作動機構。
- 前記ハウジングは、流体変位室を設け、前記キャリア部材は、半径を有する穴を有し、前記流体変位室は、半径を有する穴を有し、前記キャリア部材の穴の半径は、前記流体変位室の穴の半径以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作動機構。
